"Stayed in many hotels in Cartagena over the past 6 years and our stay here was absolutely one of the best! Everything from the staff (huge thanks to Chef Isaac, who took the time to show me how to make a dessert he had prepared that I loved) to amazing breakfasts and extremely comfortable room (bed was so comfortable AC worked perfectly and perhaps the best shower in Cartagena) and rooftop pool so enjoyable and great Wi-Fi. Will absolutely stay again on our next trip!"

"Location couldn’t be better, still staff was by far the best. Every single member of their staff was extremely nice and helpful. Bed was comfy, breakfast was good, pool was nice, views from the rooftop and our balcony were perfect. Would definitely start here again and will recommend it to others."

Y el último día debíamos dinero del desayuno q supuestamente estaba incluido pero los huevos lo pedimos en revoltillo y ellos tenían su plato de Omelet ,el mismo huevo pero yo lo quería revuelto y tuvimos q pagar $22.00 de más .Y las noches sin aire quien las pagó ,súmale el olor de mi habitación q ellos decían q era de la calle (yo la verdad no lo recomiendo )"

"Our stay at Bastión Luxury Hotel exceeded our expectations! If you’re traveling to Cartagena for the first time, this hotel is in a perfect central location and has everything you need. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the front desk staff and security personnel to the bar team. They were always kind, patient, and never made us feel rushed when answering our questions. We visited on a girls’ trip to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions we made. The warm hospitality made our experience even more special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cartagena and will definitely be returning in the future. Food in the hotel was delicious!!! Thank you for making our trip so memorable!"

"One of the best Hyatt we’ve ever stayed at! The views from reception were amazing! We were there for a wedding so didn’t get a chance to enjoy all of the amenities but will be going back for sure. We felt safe the entire time and the staff made us feel welcomed. They had three pools that we have to try!!"
