Some construction going on. 3-13-24 Limited elevator service. No hot water for morning shower. Lavatory faucet handle not attached well. Television channel selection clumsy. Worse Hampton Inn in my experience. Hopefully better in future.

We always like staying at Hampton Inns. We were very disappointed with room musty smell. Location was good and the restaurant on the river was great. This hotel needs upgrading.

Very nice and big rooms , comfortable beds, love the pillows . I would definitely talk to the housekeeping the bathroom wasn’t clean had hair in the shower, the sink needs to be unclogged doesn’t drain good . Room needs a good cleaning needs to smell fresher smelled little musty. The location was great easy to find and close to everything. Michelle M

Pleasant hote
Billing issue at check-in but they resolved fairly quickly. Some guest was beating on a door at 2, 3, and 4 am but I didn't feel safe opening our door as people are too unpredictable. Food was great. Room and bed clean. Carpet smelled though. All staff was excellent. Location is excellent. Hotel is beginning to show it's age though.

We prefer not to be on the first floor but there was something going on that weekend and that was the only room available. Other then that we have stayed here several times and would stay there again. The staff including the cleaning ladies were very nice and sweet.

Everything is good had a problem with house keeping I asked for housekeeping for my room it's been 2 nights without being cleaned went to the desk and informed them about my room ( she said it was supposed to be done) I informed her it was not done she then gave me a large garbage bag and clean towels I had to clean my room myself and put the bags outside my room

The hotel was nice, but the bathtub and bathroom didnt look clean. Needs the floor, grout and caulking to be scrubbed down. Good breakfast.

We had reserved Room specifically with a sofa. Our room only had a chaise lounge. Called front desk and they moved us to a beautiful room with a sofa. Kind of a pain to have to move, but they responded quickly and replaced the issue to our satisfaction

The breakfast was excellent. The variety, taste and atmosphere were the best. The ladies did a great job keeping everything available and stocked. Patty, the lady that checked us in was so nice and helpful. She explained everything and tried to ensure a pleasant stay.

Nice stay in Natchez
This was a midway stop on our trip. Hotel was nice, clean, good breakfast, close to downtown and the highway we were traveling on.
