Go somewhere else.
This is a 2* property at best no VIP benefits as you claim. You even have to pay to get a towel at the pool for a sun lounger. Rooms are shockingly poor there is no view simply a brick wall. The staff try their best but the owners are simply profiteering with little regard to service. Pool is good to sunbathe but no lifeguard and I never seen it get cleaned. Overall disgrace.

Great stay. Hotel is in a touristy area close to main spots. Staff was amazing and friendly. Only minor complain is about the AC: the room was really large and the AC couldnt handle it. Would definitely stay again.

It’s a gem in Ponta Negra Beach. I just loved staying here. My ocean front room had a little balcony that every morning I could just sit and look out to the ocean. Watch the sunset was just amazing! You have a buffet breakfast every morning. The staff is friendly and amazing. The facility is super clean and COVID 19 safe as well with all the alcohol gel stations throughout the hotel, mask is required while in the property. They have a beautiful pool area on the property that is ocean front and a huge rooftop pool on the other property across the street. I recomend this property in Natal. Just beautiful!!!

Funcionários mal humorados!
inicialmente, percebemos como é ruim a transferência de blocos. A recepção ficava em uma unidade e o bloco onde ficava os nossos quartos (estávamos em número de 4), fica vaem outro bloco do outro lado da rua. Pra solicitar um serviço de entrega como um Ifood ou uber, só é possível receber noutro prédio. Os funcionários da recepção e refeitório (exceto o funcionário Diógenes e a governança). A rudeza com que as funcionárias do refeitório se referia aos hóspedes diante de uma dificuldade apresentada, nos impressionava, chamava atenção e causava constrangimentos a quem estava atento ao entorno. Não gostei... Pareciam mal humoradas. O ruim foi que o comportamento se repetiu no dia seguinte.

Um lugar bonito...SE ficar no prédio perto da praia. Eles tem um sistema de atendimento meu complicado. Recepão estão numa prédio no outro lado da rua. O quarto não tem telefone...tudo feito via WhatsApp. Mas, funciona. Gostei muito do lugar e o serviço muito bom. Consegui um late check out sem problemas. Voltarei.

Kristie needs better reception customer service
Re emotion said hotel was busy when it was not and lied to me about giving an upgrade when was a basic room. First off he also lied about not speaking English when he could. The only good thing about this hotel is location and breakfast . Only book if rooms are cheap

Great location, nice staff. The room was ok. The balcony had no view nor privacy. Guests from adjacent rooms could walk into our balcony. Bathroom could be cleanner.

Oberall, I think this is great hotel. Nice big pool overlooking the ocean. Most of the rooms have ocean view as well. I must say they seem to be cutting a few corners, but maybe just to keep costs down. For example they charge R5 for a pool towel. And they seem slightly under-staffed. But overall a great value.

We had a wonderful time at the resort. The location is excellent and breakfast was wonderful. Great views from the pool and access to the beach was nice. The price was also excellent.

Not sure why the reviews were so high on the hotel. The room smelled like mold. The bed was very uncomfortable. The shower floor was dirty and there was insects on the inside of the air conditioning unit and floor. Very disappointed with the booking. Booked only one night and relocated to other hotel. Location is excellent.

Amazing location with all the modern amenities!
Staying at Kristie was a great pleasure. The staff was friendly, but bring a translating app with you! The restiraunt and lounge iwas a little understaffed during the evening but the drink where very good! The suit had flat wear, and we were able to make our own dinner. Shops, restaurants and dance clubs are all a short walk away!

Very happy with our hotel in natal
Great hotel, perfectly located on the beach. Wonderful breakfast, very friendly staff, good clean comfortable rooms. The hotel is split into two sections, there is a main section for breakfast and where the normal hotel rooms are, and a second part, across the road, set back from the beach, where the self catering accommodation is, and where reception and the large terrace and swimming pool is. We stayed in the beach section, but were able to use the main swimming pool, which is very large. Overall, very happy with our choice, I would recommend this hotel very highly, and would certainly go back. The breakfast was excellent, although you sometimes had to wait to get a seat. Rooms were good, and overall very happy, thanks

It's not a resort!!! Poor Hotel :(
Old hotel, needs remodeling. We found 2 cockroachs in our room. They charge for pool towel and the room towel is so old and small, kind disgusting. Breakfast is poor. Not recommded :(

A estadia foi ótima! O apartamento é excelente, maravilhoso! Um espaço bem amplo, quarto com cama confortável, cozinha ampla e bem equipada. O ambiente limpo e agradável. A piscina simplesmente maravilhosa! O café da manhã, entretanto, poderia ser melhor, pois o espaço do restaurante não comporta a quatidade de hóspedes e a comida nem sempre foi reposta.

Estadia maravilhosa! O hotel é muito bom, limpeza diária, localização, atendimento, preços, piscina, café da manhã espetacular, quarto frente mar espaço com todos os itens necessários, tudo funciona bem, chuveiro top, cama e tv grandes, apenas duas ressalvas que me deixou muito chateada: na área da piscina do hotel menor frente mar, não tem chuveiro, as pessoas vem da rua e entram na piscina com o corpo cheio de sal e areias da praia, imagina como essa piscina fica e tb a área do café da manhã é muito quente,insuportávelmente quente. Fora isso , super recomendo e voltarei assim que der.
