Highly recommend this place. Is on pricey side but your on an island. Staff is fantastic. Was upgraded from Coral to Royal.

Atlantis has seen better days, It felt a little dirty and worn out. The staff was not very friendly The food & the drinks were very very expensive and not very good It’ll be a long, long, long time before I even consider going back

Beautiful hotel a bit outdated but seems like they are working on that. Be prepared to spend a lot of money on food and drinks, we walked to a liquor store to save on money. 35 bucks for 2 drinks lol Bahama beaches were incredible and over all the resort was fantastic! Shannon from CT

On check in my account was held for the cashless transactions, which I expected, however when I checked my room charges there were charges from the previous person and they charged my card an extra 700.00(even though I brought it to their attention that it wasn’t mine and I did t want my card charged). The people next to us were extremely loud first at midnight (I assume heading out) then at 430am coming back. This went on for 3 nights and we did report I a couple of times. They were renovating rooms on our floor, which I understand must be done, but they were drilling and hammering and pulling tile at 8am. They should wait u til atleast 10am to start.. people are on vacation. Ordering food at the pool twice and both times they didn’t put the order in and it took an hour to get a burger and it was not good

The property grounds are beautiful. The guest rooms, especially guest room bathrooms need updating. Theyre a bit run down for the price of the rooms. Staff at Starbucks and restaurants were not friendly.

The beach was beautiful. Water slides kept everyone busy. Great band at night. Loved the parade in the village marina. Lots of choices for restaurants. Would go back!

My family and I had an amazing time at Atlantis resort! We stayed in the Coral which was nice the only thing I didn’t like about the rooms were the small refrigerator on the floor. The resort is beautiful, there are many pools. The beach is easily accessible and beautiful. There are many activities and clubs for children and teens. There are many food, shopping , dining options . I really enjoyed my time at the Atlantis and I plan on returning.

My family (2 adults, 2 children) stayed for 5 nights in the double queen ocean view room. The room was clean and comfortable. The view from our balcony overlooking the property and ocean was breathtaking. The Atlantis property is incredible with its countless aquariums, pools, and beaches.

Beautiful ocean view room that overlooked the entire property. Had extremely rude neighbors but management quickly resolved!! This was our 5th stay and we will definitely go back.

Coral hotel. Staf in reception was the worst i seen in my life. All tricks. The manager was Worst I ever seen in my life. I was pay extra money for every checking 8am. I was waiting until 12. I was 2 hours late for check out. They changed me 165$. In papper seid 150$. For late check out. And was charged me 165. When i ask. One reception manager said we upgraded but no in pappers. I was witing 2h for towels. They said we dont have. When i was asking for manager. Workers said he coming 5min. I was waiting for one hour and. He never show up.everyone tring to still mony even water if you buy. After you pay asking for tips.
