The room and the hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff was kind and courteous. The only issue was lack of parking. It was a challenge to find a place every night.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days of leisure. it was very convenient to the airport and highway access. Staff were great especially Neqine. The room was spacious and nicely designed, down side is the bed felt hard. overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

The rooms were clean and everyone was extremely helpful! The transportation to the airport was super convenient and VERY timely upon arrival back in Nashville. Definitely will be staying here again!

Room, bathroom & floors filthy. Nightstands and counters were never wiped down. So dirty & gross. Property smelled horribly of marijuana. Not enough towels in room, or soap. Only one employee to run the entire front desk area and phones during very busy time. Far from Broadway & downtown. Glass door in room separating seating area and bedroom of suite was broken and cracked & door didn’t shut. Worn out couch. Nothing appealing about this place. Terrible view from room- was of the lobby roof. Should only be a 2 star hotel, at best.

45 minute delay getting checked in because they could not retrieve hotels.com reservation. Attendant made me call and do the work to connect them and could not have been more indifferent
