Comfortable room, nice staff. My only "issue" was a high pitched whining noise, similar to a white noise. Reported it to the desk staff when we left.

This is our 3rs stay. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Rooms are grear. Breakfast and kickback are always delicious.

Really enjoyed the evening reception! Breakfast was pretty good too. Bed was a bit hard, but the room was very spacious (had a HC room). Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

The front desk staff the first night was great but the second night they werent as friendly. All of the people serving the food and drinks were awesome. Such a nice hotel and place to stay!

Our room was very nice, the bathroom smelled a bit strongly of bleach, but it was nice to know it was very well cleaned. View was great, bed was comfy, and area was very nice and felt safe.

My wife and I love staying here, for the breakfast, for the "kick-back" (free "supper"), the location -- we love visiting Franklin; the staff was excellent: I forgot my razor, and went shopping in the "market" store; I couldn't find what I was after, so I asked, and the person stocking the store left what they were doing to try to help. There is popcorn available most of the time in the lobby, and we couldn't be happier with our stay.
