I had a really good day even with the kids above us running back-and-forth in the room upstairs, but overall it was a nice stay. It was a packed house that night. The pool is nice and big.

The check in staff was amazing!! They were very accommodating. They went and found the cart for us to get our luggage. The cleaning staff were very nice also!! Anytime we needed anything that got it for us in no time!! We would definitely return when in town again!!

The faucet handles on both the sink and bathtub were very loose. Also the toilet flush handle was loose and backwards. I made an inquiry by text about Wi-Fi but never received a response.

Love the location right off Highway 65 north.clean, large rooms. Water pressure in shower just ok. Good breakfast selection: able to eat healthy w oatmeal and fruit. Front desk staff was amazing: she had been at desk for 4 days since snow hit and temps dropped, making it difficult for other staff to come in. She was still very efficient and friendly. Highly recommend Hotel for location and front desk staff

There was a roar that could be heard in the room. The t.v. stations did not all come in, the signal was weak and so was the wi-fi. Bed was comfortable and the staff cleaned when we wanted them to. Water was luke warm. The room was reasonably priced.

We had a nice stay at the Country Inn and Suites. They were very accommodating and friendly. For the most part the facilities were clean. The bedroom vents could stand to be dusted. There was also a large hairball on the floor that was missed. Nothing too major. The breakfast was okay but leaves room for improvement. The cable was terrible but we were told it was from recent storms and tornados that had went through the area. For the price, it was a good stay. The front desk staff definitely made the stay nice.

I always pick a place that has an exercise room. Although the place has one, they have NOT kept it up in over 5 or 6 years, which was the last time I had stayed there (a couple of years before COVID). Only 1 of the 2 treadmills actually worked, and they both were extremely well worn, to the point that there was no cushing beneath the tread. There was NO safety clip. There were no towels, no remote for the TV, no water, nor was there any other exercise equipment. In fact, the clock on the wall wasn't working either. Aside from the completely neglected exercise room, there were inexplicable popping noises that would randomly occur. When the shower above was us had been running, it caused a leaking sound in our bathroom below. While we could hear the leaking, it wasn't visible, however. Again, having stayed here before in the past, it would seem as if the place is now under new management. It's adequately run, but seems to have lost its personal touch. Under
