Where do I even begin with my horrific experience? From the moment I stepped foot into this establishment, I knew I was in for a disaster. Let's start with the check-in process, shall we? It was as if the staff had never heard of hospitality before. Rude, indifferent, and clearly lacking any semblance of professionalism. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by merely showing up. Upon finally making it to my room, I was greeted by a stench that could only be described as a mixture of mold, sewage, and despair. The carpets were stained beyond belief, the walls were peeling, and don't even get me started on the bathroom. It was a breeding ground for all sorts of bacteria, and I wouldn't have been surprised if I had contracted a disease just by stepping foot in there. Let's talk about the "bedding," if you can even call it that. The sheets were so threadbare that I could practically see through them, and the pillows were more like lumpy sacks of rocks. I wouldn't wish a night's sleep in that torture chamber upon my worst enemy. As for the amenities advertised on their website? Non-existent. The so-called "complimentary breakfast" consisted of stale pastries and watery coffee that tasted like it had been brewed in a dumpster. And don't even bother asking about the Wi-Fi – it was slower than a snail on sedatives.

Throw up was left in the hallway and out side my whole 3 days I stayed there I called for them to come clean it up and was told that housekeeping was off duty

NEVER STAY HERE! Absolutely disgusting hotel! Found handfuls of hair in the shower like some just shaved their pubic hair! More hair, longer strands all on the shower walls. Sticky substance stuck to multiple spots on the carpet. The staff could have cared less and upon check in, didn’t even tell us where our rooms were located. They just handed us the room key with zero direction.

Stay overall was very good. Very limited dining close by. Front desk computer literally took several minutes to boot up at check-in. However these are minor issues. Hotel was very clean and well maintained.

The room was super nice, bathroom was not very clean but I was only there for one night so it was alright. Surrounding area seemed a little bit sketchy. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Overall pretty good.

ask for my money back did not feel safe and i turned my key in and did not stay and went to another hotel booked the hotel because i needed to get to the hospital on my mother not doing well and get hings in order would not stay at that hotel if they were good people they would refund the money

New hotel open to the public only three months. Smelled extremely clean. I guess the whole family stays there tho. Can definitely tell who’s a guest and who’s not. I did not like that part of it. Food was inedible. So nasty I only went one time. Clean but bland. Coffee was excellent according to my wife. No one come to the room till I asked about it. Then for the next three days they come at 9am on the dot to wake us. Overall I would stay again. Btw no pool available even tho it’s listed as an option.

It was convenient to get to. The area seems like it’s in the process of being built up. One of the elevators was not working when we were there and the other was slow. We needed to use the fold out couch and the mattress was kinda gross and stained. The rest of the room was great and clean. Breakfast was good and entire place was clean overall.

Left over garbage on the floor from last renter. Windows were gross with finger prints inside. Bathroom floor has not been swept, hair etc. 2 rolls of toilet paper that only had less than a 1/4 left with no extra to replace with. Safety lock was broken off above door handle. Also pool was covered with no explanation why in the middle of July.

Not very clean overall...first thing you see is the carpet leading to the elevator with multiple stains. Bathroom floors were dirty. Bed sheets did look ok. A/C worked. Elevators were super slow. Breakfast was so-so...bananas past ripe, cereal (froot loops) stale. Had eggs and sausage that looked ok. 2 bagels was the only bread, although there was pancake/waffle mix to cook.

Likes: online booking, flexibility with reservation, Breakfast, conveniently located, King rooms and fair rate. Dislikes: advertised pool was empty, the area could benefit from a Healthy Neighborhoods program. The questionable characters hanging out and the lone car with the window busted out in the hotel parking lot made us feel... not unsafe, but uneasy. I would stay again.
