"( ) The hotel position is good, food is good. (-) The hotel crew needs a lot of training, they are not picking their words carefully, in my opinion, due to the lack of training! I speak their local language as well. I heard them talking to tourists from the EU states in English. They sound very strange when talking to guests in Turkish and English."
