The dinner was really good. There no park or anything else to walk to. The shuttle to the shopping place only runs every 2 hours.

I stayed here two nights. It's extremely close to the airport and offers a free shuttle with a schedule. The buffet is not included, but it's convenient. There are not any other walkable places near this hotel. I wish there were other places around this hotel, but if I had to go anywhere else, I'd have to take the shuttle to the airport and catch a train into town. The nearest mall will require a train, unless you want to pay much more for a taxi. Overall, this place is clean and quiet.

Staff was friendly. The shuttle bus to the airport was on time and pretty efficient. Also, the breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty options. Really good hotel overall !

The hotel is near the airport so it is not residential and you can only eat in its restaurant. You can buy some simple food in its convenient store which is like seven eleven. Better quality though. But you can easily take shuttle to the airport every 20 to 30 minutes and only a few minutes to get there, or if you have a day take there shuttle to a big Japanese mall where you can have food and everything. We loved this hotel and its attentive staffs. Highly recommended. And will stay again when we come to Narita airport.

Reliable place with affordable pricing. They keep the place clean and their shuttle service is a bonus. Checking in and out is super quick and the gift store and pharmacy Matsukiyo imakes it very convenient.

The main building was nice and the dining was wonderful if not a little expensive. The main issue was the room. The bathroom was extremely smelly like an old gym and the room was dirty and uncomfortable.

I specifically chose this hotel as it had a health spa and gym and pool. All this was closed during the day I spent there (I had extended my checkout as my flight didn’t leave until 20:00 had to pay $3000y). Very disappointing. Plus no food after 21:30 and I was late getting there. Bed was uncomfortable. Hilton next time.

Very nice hotel, but pretty limited on dining options. Meal costs: Breakfast: 2600 yen Lunch: ~4200 yen (couldn't find the listing to confirm) Dinner: 6000 yen We ended up eating konbeni items instead. They do offset a shuttle to Aeon Mall, to be fair, but we didn't notice during our stay, until we were leaving. The internet also leaves a lot to be desired. Also, the pillows are pretty bad. Overall though, was still a good stay. Only stayed here for our last day, which was the most spacious room, so very comfortable.

Great choice for overnight stopover at Narita airport with shuttle bus service; Staff are friendly and efficient; There is a mini pharmacy on site which is a nice addition. Dining choices are limited and closed too for breakfast. My steak at dinner was overcooked.

Excellent hotel for the money. Old building but well maintained. Shuttle buses to Narita airport is free and convenient for not only catching a plane but for restaurants and shops. Will be back to this hotel in the future.

Check-In was quick and efficient. The staff were very helpful with directions. The room was clean & spacious. Breakfast was great value for money. An Airport Shuttle was provided by the Hotel. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this Hotel again.

I found the restaurant extremly overpriced so it was nice there was a convenience store with more budget friendly options. The pool was also pay per use eben for guests which wouldve been nice to know in advance as the listing just says theres a pool. The onsen i can understand paying for but pool use should be included or even have it be a charge for the whole day
