We stayed for just one night and to be honest it was terrible. They gave us a room that looked nothing like the pictures. Old and dirty. We had to ask for a room change twice!! They ended up giving us a smaller but cleaner and newer room. Staff was friendly.

The hotel staff is friendly and nice. But, the facility needs to be updated thoughtfully. As the hotel has a public bath, the hotel assumes most people go to the public bath, and no update was made on the bathroom. The room carpet and desk wallpaper are all very old, and probably nothing has been done for the last 20 years.

There are no shops within walking distance. It’s an ok place to spend the night. There is a convenient shuttle bus that takes you and picks you up from Narita airport. The staff are professional and helpful. We stayed in the garden wing which is very outdated and our room definitely needs an update. Our room could use an upkeep.

Great place for a convenient stay with shuttles to the airport and Narita central station. The grounds are beautiful. The hotel is old but well kept, quirky and friendly staff. The onsen is fantastic, I like how they switched the section between men’s side and women’s sides on different days so you get to have different types of baths.

Checked in here with family for first night in Japan flying in from Canada. Easier than trying to get to Tokyo. Appreciated the quick respite. Check in was easy. Breakfast was amazing. Shuttle was very easy to find and use. Staff were incredible.

The building is beautiful and there is a natural hot spring at the location. However, if you have tattoos you cannot use it. The restaurant Bold Narita is a very nice and tasty buffet for dinner and breakfast. My major complaint is the room the air conditioning didn’t work well, the beds are stiff and made of springs. This has to be the worst sleep I’ve ever had.

The outside of the hotel is looking good, bit the room inside is terrible. The room is old and damaged, and smelly once you open the door from outside. It attracts me for having an Onsen on site and in fact, the Onsen is not bad.

The hotel staff were very helpful and insightful with every inquiry I had. A lot of the staff can also speak English so it was easy to communicate with them despite my concerns. The rooms and facilities were always kept clean and tidy for use and the transportation to the mall and the airport via shuttle buses were always prompt on time and convenient. Definitely would stay there again.

Very convenient shuttle to airport. Booked this hotel because we had an early morning flight the next day and it was perfect! We had a late check in and the staff were very accommodating.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant/breakfast buffet was great. The room was smelly, and did not include many amenities. The bathroom was moldy.
