The hotel room is very clean. The people working are also very friendly. However, you can hear a lot of traffic noise in the room because the window is single pane. Overall is excellent

It was very noisy. The view was of the parking lot and our air conditioner kept shutting off throughout the night. This property is not worth the price.

This hotel may be on the smaller side but is situated so perfectly to explore Naples either by foot or by car. The staff is all incredibly friendly and thoughtful. I will be staying here with my family for future visits.

Nice property; fairly basic but clean, comfortable, nice bed, and vaulted ceiling in our 3rd floor corner room made the room seem very large; very close to local shopping and dining. Great choice if you're looking for an ecomonical but nice stay in Naples.

Lovely hotel within walking distance to some fabulous restaurants. Nice comfortable room, it was a bit noisy from the road traffic. But otherwise a very good stay. Michelle on the front desk was also very helpful. Free parking too.

Wonderful staff! Well kept older property with comfortable beds. Road noise from the street below needed earplugs and a white noise machine but was manageable. Will plan to stay again!

The hotel is located near all the exciting places of Old Naples. All the restaurants, galleries and beautiful streets are in walkable distance. The hotel itself is charming small hotel with a nice rooftop for morning coffee and basic breakfast options. The room was very big and everything was in place except there would be nice to have a couple of armchairs to add to the room furniture. Overall it was very comfortable and a lot of places around to have nice walks and explore beautiful Naples. Thank you.

So much potential
The woman who checked us in is an absolute gem. The room was not prepared correctly. We stayed in room 301. The tv did not work, the light did not work, the phone was not connected properly. It felt as if the room had been recently updated and the staff was not thorough in preparing the room for guests. The continental breakfast was fine except for it did not start till 7:30 am. Most hotels offer breakfast at 6:00 am. Given what was being served, it would seem other than coffee, everything else could have been ready to go the night before. The location is central and ideal.

The hotel has been fully renovated since our stay last year (new furniture arriving next month). What a transformation! Looks great. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. A great location for the beach and 5th Ave. Great value for money! We will definitely return!

Michelle, who welcomed us at the front desk, was a delight! The hotel was very clean and looked like it was newly renovated. Our room had two queen beds and was very spacious. The pool area could use some work as well as the stairwell leading to the pool area, my only two criticisms.
