The free breakfast could have been better with some variety from day to day, but other than that it is a good place to stay.

The receptionist (Heavenly) was amazing, she made our short stay very welcoming, the hotel was easy to find, the room was clean and the bed was soooo comfortable, breakfast was ok but everything else was great and priced reasonably too - Naples WOW what a fantastic place to visit, back again soon

Roaches present in the room, water was shut off from 11 am to 5 pm on Monday due to plumbing issues, elevator was off for a couple of hrs, manager was unfriendly and not able to help out with all the issues. Just go few blocks down the road and book a real Hotel instead. Left one night before due to all the inconvenience this caused to my family (did not get a refund).

Hi thank you for your review. The water was shut off approximately around 3:30pm and was only shut off for a little over a hour. The letter we had posted up was just a estimated time. As for the elevator that was only down for maintenance for 30 minutes max. We informed you that you had until 12pm to check out if you wanted to get a refund for the last night stay and you were ok with that. However checking out later in the after noon around 5/6 pm we were not able to accommodate you and get you a refund.

Pretty grim all round and nothing like the pictures. Staff obviously doing their very best but the hotel is tired and needs an upgrade. Bed linen was old and scratchy, bathroom looked dirty because bath tub so worn out. Inconvenient location, not close to anything useful.

Property is well kept and maintained. Room was cleaned and had no issues. There was always parking available. Hotel is right behind Olive Gardens and walking distance from IHOP. Staff was friendly and available for help when needed. 7-10am Free breakfast had the basics for free breakfast and “You get what you pay for”. I would stay here again.

The hotel staff is very disrespectful, and cannot solve any problems. Room door was broken and the entrance key didn’t work (3 times). The rooms smells really bad and it’s not recommend. Overall, I’m very disappointed with this hotel. NOT RECOMMENDED TO VISIT OR STAY IN NAPLES.

Thank you for your review. Room keys get deactivated if you put them to close to your phone or wallet. For future reservations if you have any issue with your room please inform front desk so we are able to switch your room and get you into a better fitting room.

The bathtub in our original room was painted and the paint was chomping off, we were moved to another room and the same thing with the bathtub. The electrical plate next to the night table and bed was broken.

My only complain is the smell in the hallways. As soon as you open the room door the musty smell hits you. Breakfast is better than the average hotel: waffles, eggs, sausages, bagels, and everything else needed to compliment those, as well as yogurt and fruits. The hotel is very close to downtown and Tin City. Plenty of parking on property. Staff is very friendly.

Great location close to 5th Ave shopping and restaurants. Very large room, bed was very comfortable. Nice lobby area and complimentary breakfast was good. Very reasonable for the Naples area.

The hotel is very tired and in need of a complete face lift. Elevator dirty, button on the panel broken and covered in dirty tape. Very noisy a/c unit along with paper thin walls, and a very loud neighbour who kept his tv on until 3am. Very dissapointed in our choice of hotel. Thinking it was a Wyndham property, we had higher expectations.

The hotel needs updating. The bathtub was chipped and the drain was broken and moving around. The price for the room was extremely high for the state of the hotel. I would not recommend.
