Great location and rooms very clean. Parking was a problem and dangerous as there were way too many vechicles at the premise. There’s meant to be one just car per unit and all extra vechicles to be parked on the road.

Peaceful and Comfortable
Lovely Motel, facilities within the room were excellent. The shower is one of the best I have ever used while travelling. Linen was top quality. Rooms are double glazed ensuring quiet and warm, handy to local supermarket (walking distance) and a 5 minute drive to central town. The Manager was attentive and helpful when we had a firewall issue accessing the WIFI.

Very good. Very good staff and friendly. The location is very good in a nice suburban area. I was there for one night only but would use this motel anytime in the future.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very spacious unit, spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. A big bonus was our complimentary continental breakfast for two pensioners which was greatly appreciated.

Great hotel
Stayed here for two nights while working in Napier and Taradale, found the hotel to be conveniently located, with easy access to the main road. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and large (for one person), no stove top but did have electric fry pan and microwave so able to self cater. Bed was very comfortable, although I'm not a person needs to so many pillows :-)

good spot
At first I thought it might be noisy but it was quiet. The 2 bedroom unit had lots of space and the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again, New World was within walking distance, short drive to city or cheap taxi ride, you could even walk. Kids enjoyed the pool and air con in room was great.

Good location. Friendly staff. The room was clean albeit dated. It did smell of old smoke/musty and the aircon rattled.

Good afternoon, thank you for your feedback. Glad to hear you were happy with location and friendly staff. Sorry to hear about the rest. The air con pumps have very recently been serviced and we have asked them to come back in and check for what the noise could be, the room being dated we completely understand, new owners purchased the hotel as is in July 2017 and as you can imagine is a long process renovation 30 rooms, we have been doing it in stages and hope to have all the room complete this winter. New beds, and linen have been purchased and the exterior painted and the pool updated. Thank you and hope this helps with your questions

Napier/Hastings
Rooms were spacious. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Napier has a lovely waterfront and shopping area. Beach is made of fine pebbles rather than sand giving the beach a black sand look from a distance.
