The customer service was borderline awful. They literally messed up every single order we placed and everything we ordered was very, very delayed (food, wine, beverages, cups, napkins, utensils, directions, help with luggage…). The staff did not listen at all, we seriously thought that we were getting punk’d lol
The phone and the TV remote in our room barely worked… they didn’t have any Bluetooth options nor speakers. They didn’t have movies for rent… Even the drapes in our room were messed up lol!
And on top of that, there were cockroaches on our chase lounge outside and huge spiders in the room. Beds were oddly small and pillows were super stiff and uncomfortable"
