First night we stayed, there was rain, our rooms were flooded told front the next morning needed redund. They did not do. I would not recommend this property . Note two rooms were flooded out. Never again

Lovely place, wish they serviced rooms
The room we stayed in was so nice and the staff were great. The one wish we had was that the rooms were serviced at some point during our stay. We were there for 3 nights and so having someone come in at least once during that time (without requesting it) would have been nice to get a garbage clean up and fresh towels and more coffee pods. Still a great trip, but for the length of stay, servicing was expected.

After a flawless stay at the Nantucket Inn one year ago, we returned with high hopes and were gravely disappointed. When we booked our stay several months ago, we were not made aware of the plethora of renovations being done all at once, leaving the Inn unable to offer several amenities that were still accounted for in the room rates. The “continental breakfast” consisted of a table, monitored by 2-3 staff members watching you peruse a selection of what I can only imagine to be gas station muffins, single serving boxed cereals, and apples, oranges and overripe bananas. This did not include coffee, however the rooms were outfitted with Keurig-like machines, and if you asked, the housekeeping staff would replenish your K-cups. Our room was newly renovated which was a nice feature, however our bathroom was full of tiny ants. We made staff aware, and despite them attending our room 2-3 hours after this discovery, we continued to have little visitors in our bathroom the entirety of the 5 night stay. The bar, restaurant (which provided a full hot breakfast last year), gym and indoor pool were simultaneously unavailable due to renovations, leaving you with virtually nothing to do at an Inn where you are paying $400 on a weeknight, and $500 on a weekend. The complimentary shuttle from the Inn was nice, as it takes you into town and returns you, each hour. After 6pm, it increases its rounds to twice an hour. It will also take you to the beach. This is really a positive feature

The amenities that were promised (restaurant, bar, indoor pool) were not available due to renovations being completed at the hotel. We were not aware of this and the price of the room certainly did not reflect not having access to these things. Also, the Inn is mid-island across from the airport. While they do have shuttles to one beach and the downtown area, we ended up having to rent a car in order to explore the whole island. Another unexpected surprise and expense. For the price, stay near one of the beaches or the downtown area. Also, we could hear the people above us stomping around. When they renovated the rooms they neglected to put any soundproofing between the floor and ceiling. Most of the staff were nice and friendly. Except for one young male driver, whose name began with a C. He just couldn't wait for his shift to be over and was very unpleasant.

Beautiful remodeled room and bathroom. Very comfy mattress. Breakfast was not that great. Would welcome some bread, butter and jam for breakfast instead of the sweet processed options. Also coffee in the aluminum bottle was appalling.

We had a fantastic experience here. I was worried after reviews I read online but the complaints were a little ridiculous. Yes the hotel is undergoing major reconstruction, the indoor pool and restaurant is closed but we were happy with the breakfast spread of fruit, cereal, etc (organic milk and high quality cold brew coffee) . The staff is extremely hard working and friendly and the front desk offers free waters and snacks 24 hours (there's also a convenience store across the street and the crosswind's restaurant at the airport). The shuttle runs like clockwork and the drivers, especially Danny are great. The rooms are immaculate and modern, clean and comfortable. The pool area is peaceful and they are literally cleaning the pool and hot tub every time a leaf falls into the water. Bring your own towels for the beach, they don't offer those or chairs but you can rent chairs at surf side beach. Also if you are dropped off mid island at night (highly recommend, it's calmer than town and has the restaurants that the locals go to) there is a huge chance you won't get picked up on the way back. I would stay here again, $1400 for 5 days in august beats dropping $6,000 at a resort in town any day! Lisa at the front desk is a gem, be kind to these hard working individuals.

Stayed here before and now there are fewer amenities offered. The indoor pool was closed as they are doing a lot of construction. We were not informed about this. I do feel that coffee should have been offered along with the breakfast snacks.

This property is located out of town but there is a shuttle bus to provide transportation which was good. During our stay there was renovation in progress and the indoor pool/hot tub were closed, also breakfast which is included was terrible, no coffee (Kerig in the room with no choices) pastries in plastic and too ripe bananas. This should have been on the website. Other than that outside pool/hot tub nice and room good.

Indoor pool was closed for renovations. Staff was unsure of the shuttle schedule and gave us the wrong information. No hot coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning. Had staff waiting behind the breakfast bar. Very awkward to go up and have the staff staring at you while you are picking out what to eat. Will check out a different hotel next time for sure.

The breakfast is terrible, didnt even consider going back after looking the first morning. There were cracks in the vainty to the bathroom, tears in the wallpaper and the toilet wobbled when you sat on it. Finish work for the room was sub par, the faucet for the shower wasnt flush. House keeping was good and shuttle service was as well, however alot of work needs to be done to make this Hotel acceptable for the price.

After flight cancellations the kind staff worked with us for some partial credits. The hotel is not yet fully open; gym and cafe aren’t ready yet. Some rooms and buildings getting finalized. This hotel is fully renovated, beautiful and directly across from the Nantucket airport and walkable. By august 2023 this should be very nice and welcoming.

The hotel was being renovated so the restaurant was not available- so we had to walk across the street down to the airport to get food. The first room given to us had a strong smell of paint and varnish and it was not completely fully furnished not even a phone to call front desk if need be. So we asked for another room which was better but still very spartan. The staff though were very kind and friendly and put up with our complaints- I felt bad for them since it was out of their control. And yea the keys for the doors did not work properly so we had to change them a lot walking far to the front desk to get them changed We liked the pool and the central location of the hotel and the shuttles that can take you to town or the beach which is excellent. Again the staff was lovely.

The property is a lie and under construction. Paying over $500 per night for a bed with no amenities of full service hotel. No restaurant and can’t even buy a candy bar. The property is a blood sucking money pit and has nothing to offer other than it is on the island of Nantucket 5 miles from any real services.

Hotel.com disappoints again on comma with hotel!
Hotel.com once again did a poor job of communicating information to the hotel. My name was spelled wrong, my email address was wrong, the information they finally found at the hotel came from Expedia. I had. All kinds of issue with them fining my reservation and the itinerary number hotels.com provided to me meant nothing to them. Luckily the front desk staff were extremely patient and supportive in a process that took 30 minutes that should have taken 5 min.

The Inn is conveniently located a few steps from the airport, about 2 1/2 miles from the town center. There's a free shuttle into town, which makes it a great place to explore the island, preferably on a bicycle - one of the many bike trails starts right in front of the property. Staff was very friendly and competent, breakfast is included and very good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The shuttle into town made this hotel very convenient. The Breakfast Buffet was wonderful but there is no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor.
