Green surroundings, great location
Although I arrived really late at night, their reception still welcomed me with warm smiles & hospitality. Room is really spacious and clean although you can still hear loud conversations (probably drunk guests) from the corridor. Breakfast is great with a variety of choices.

Quiet luxurious business area
Amazing hotel to relax, but very far away from city center. It was more of a business district. Hotel was super luxurious and attentive. What I needed after 5 flights.

This hotel is very clean and well maintained. There is a metro station and a mall with a food court right outside the hotel. Breakfast buffet has a lot of variety. There is a 24x7 restaurant on site and and ATM in the building.

The hotel is located in a business area of Nanjing. You have to get either a taxi or the underground to get anywhere. There is a new underground line about 4 minutes walk from the hotel where you can get to central Nanjing in about 15 minutes, for a very cheap price. The only real negative is the cost in the bar. There is nowhere close to go to eat or drink and its about £4 for a beer or a coffee - much too expensive. The restaurant food is ok. They have a western menu which is tasty, just a bit expensive or a buffet which is good value and mostly local. Nice but some things on there as a westerner that shouldnt be eaten. Breakfast is good. English isnt well spoken by the staff

Great Hotel! Quiet Location out of city.
Great location for Suning Headquarters , Software Park, Technology Park, and Qixian University Town. Not in city center, but actually closer to some attractions. Great bilingual staff. Very helpful. They even opened up the business center early for me to get some printing done.

The overall stay was good. The room was spacious but the bed was not up to my expectation. The service by the Front Office staff was good, they spoke good English.

- Hotel is in a business park, public transportation is quite limited; - restaurant staffs (cook, back end support, waiters) client service attitude needs to be improved in order to match Novotel image & standard; - Hotel room is too warm; - Mattress is too hard; - Our sleep was disturbed by nearby construction site with pounding sound until 1am on Saturday; - "free wireless internet" only in hotel lobby, in-room only has plug-in Internet service - shld disclose up front re hotel stage as "trial service period promotional price"

Quite Valueable to saty
the hotel quality is quite good compared to the price. it fulfills all key elements needed to stay. the Room size is quite suitable for 1-2people, quite clean and well maintained. the location is 20-30minutes from big train stations (by car, 50minutes by subway) but less choices for restaurant or pub around the location. no 24hours convenient store near to hotel.

周りに何もありません
南京市内から少し離れており、周りにレストラン等がないため（ホテルの前にスーパーはあります）ホテルのレストランでハンバーガーを注文しましたが、ノボテルの割りにはクオリティーがとても低く正直まずかったので残念でした。 また会議で使う資料を印刷したかったので、プリンタのありかをフロントで尋ねましたが「コンシェルジュに聞け！」というような高圧的な態度でがっかりしました。部屋は綺麗に良いのですが、次回は他のホテルに泊まると思います。

吹風機不行 陽台有點髒 很不乾淨 很容易怕去其他房間的，其他都很好，服務員，周邊都很安靜，下次還是會選這裡的。
