I like about the quietness of the property.great customer services. The buffet at dinner wasn’t that great hopefully, they will offer variety of options. But overall great experience. Coming back soon inshallah.

The corridors smelt like cigarettes. I was given a box of a room with 2 ridiculous sized chairs that were completely out of place for such a small room. AC was just air and no chill. Changed to a bigger room, also an odd space with a small window and an enormous blank wall that should’ve been a window . Won’t be back.

Poor maintenance, cold shower
It was my 3rd stay at Royal tulip and unfortunately with same bad experience with a basic issue which is the shower : cold and leaking, when i did the check-in at 10pm i kindly asked the front desk agent to give me a room without shower problem, and this is what he confirmed to me, but at my surprise: cold water & leaking shower, they couldn't do anything that night and morning time i took a cold shower too, and just two hours before my check-out they suggested to me another room which doesn't make sense.

This is a nice location, away from the areas that riot when there is political unrest. The hotel is lovely. The staff is friendly, and there is a nice mall with food within a block or so if you get tired of hotel food. The hotel food is also good, but I like to get out and look around.

I loved my stay at Royal Tulip! The staff is so friendly, the rooms are super clean and the beds are comfortable. The front desk staff was also very accommodating of several changes in my travel plans. Anita at the front desk is so nice and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Average hotel and not worth the money
The standards for this hotel have really gone down since a stayed in 2016. Not as excellent as it used to be. The maid came to clean my room at about 4pm.I asked her why they don’t do it earlier and she said cos that’s when we do it. Absolutely disappointed.

The hotel is nice enough and while it’s starting to show a little age, it’s still in decent shape. Staff are nice enough and mostly helpful but a few occasions there were issues that were difficult to get resolved. This hotel was in a good location for my business trip, close to shopping and restaurants so I will stay again.

Hotel is not far from a shopping mall. It is located in a residential area that is not very easy to locate. Reception was good. Hot water in the shower and other services did not work well.

The phone in my room was not working. I reported this problem several times during my 3-day stay. I was promised it would be fixed each time but it was never done. I also requested an ironing board and iron to be delivered to my room; that was also never done. However, I would like to commend the restaurant staff for their excellent customer service.
