This is a hidden gem! I am a regular guest here. I used to stay at Hilton whenever I was coming to and from the airport but since I tried this place, I prefer it to anywhere else hands-down. They represent warm, down-to-earth Kenyan hospitality. The food is always amazing. Free room service. They make me feel welcome. I now come here once in a while just for some R&R...and their delicious fish stew!

We needed a place to stay a night between the flights. Location is convenient with quick access to both airports. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel arranged for safe and comfortable transfer both ways. The hotel is behind the gates and have security guard on site. We checked in at 4 am in the morning and staff was available and accommodating. The hotel is in the area not suited for walking. Rooms were clean and very different, decorated in colonial style.

The hotel itself is fine but it's so far down a dirt road that no taxi or Uber were willing to go there. Got stranded for hours. If you have a car, it's OK but don't book if using taxis.

For the price, I would say the hotel was good, overall. However, Internet access via wifi was intermittent, the restaurant food (aside from breakfast) was disappointing, room A/C was essentially on or off with no meaningful temperature control, the access road to the hotel had Uber drivers without Land Rovers crawling along at 5 mph, the water temperature in the shower was highly variable, my room key stopped working and had to be reset every day, cable TV had only CNN and Premier League Football, and the rooftop area was blocked off.

Road to the hotel is a bit bumpy. Took about 15mins from the airport. A bit longer to get back to the airport. Lovely staff, basic hotel but pleasant.

Good accommodations terrible dinner meals.
The proximity to the airport was very convenient. My only complaint is about the food. Very limited dinner menu and the food was terrible. All three of us did not eat was was placed in front of us. Breakfast is ok.

The Hotel outside,inside looks good;Reception Staff,specially Daphne,good,welcoming,competent.No lifts.Room was well furnished,had a safe,good cupboard storage space;bathroom shower lukewarm.Restaurant staff-lackadaisical;breakfast was a shambles---paltry fruit selection,sausages not kept warm in a hot plate,no toaster,ordering a fried egg/omelette meant,sausages eggs went cold as chef had to go inside kitchen to make.Beverages,only hot water and milk in flasks,rest sachets. Chady Rd off Syokimau Rd are both uneven rock-strewn dusty roads that require a taxi making zig-zag manoeuvres, fit only for a mountain trail bike.A face mask a must to stop dust inhalation and lungs being congested.Nearest mall requires either a taxi or local boda-boda(KSh50) to get to.So-called 'packed breakfast' to embark on an early-dawn safari at nearby Nairobi National Park,is a joke! Nearby Gateway Mall,while having escalators to 3 floors that do not operate,has a choice of food hall,Forex,banks,supermarket,shops,etc

The 3 Reception Desk girls were great;so werew the security guards,not so the restaurant girls.Over-ripe mushy bananas provided as part of the early dawn safari breakfast pack despite plenty notice.The Syokimau Rd and Chady Rd appriach roads are so rock-strewn and dusty,need a facemask to keep lungs clean.One morning,no juice for breakfast---excuse'ran out'!Charged 800/- for plain ugali+spinach when full meal was only 1000/-.Room was very clean,up to standardhas a safe,,but only 2 tv Channels-CNN+football.Adequate charging points.Unless they re-vamp their restaurant,I will not be returning here

not so great but if you have to...
bed was hard as a rock. wifi wouldnt stay on more than 15 minutes at a time. charged me for my breakfast. facility under construction and i was awakened early in the a.m. but tools and machines.

During my stay there were power and water cuts, the place lacked hot running water, no toiletries in the bathroom and the accessibility to the property was awful. The place is under construction and there is continuous noise which not conducive for someone who needed to rest before his next flight. There is no privacy due to the presence of windows in the hallway. The room had only one loosely connected working power outlet. What the pictures portray is not the reality. I was very disappointed and i can't recommend this place to anybody else.

The hotel is in quite a dodgy neighbourhood, only accessible by dirt road. It is really noisy as well, not as close to the airport as it would seem. Although the staff was really friendly, this is not really a comfortable place to stay, much less for a single, female traveller.

Hotel was fine for a quick stopover near the airport. We had booked twin rooms and when we got there only one room was a twin, the others were all doubles. There was a discrepancy between what I had been quoted for airport pick up and what they said the charge should be when we arrived at hotel. However we only paid what we had been quoted in email.
