"My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff are exceptionally friendly and eager to ensure a pleasant stay. The facility was also in good condition and is clearly well maintained. There was only one glitch in our whole four night stay and it wasn't a big deal since we weren't pressed for time. During one of our meals our server was absent from the dining room for a fairly long period. I even commented to my girlfriend that maybe he has to cover room service as well. Overall, a terrific hotel with an exceptional staff. We will be back in Nairobi in a week for another three night stay!!"
