It is very disappointing what some people can do in order to avoid paying a property for their reservation or/and because they have a hobby to create issues to the properties which they visit.From the first time you came to our property, you started complaining about the stairs. We tried to be extremely helpful but again you had a very strange and bad attitude to our employees.After a few hours, you called us that there is a problem with your room (without explaining what exactly) and you were leaving the room immediately. We came to the pension to check what the problem was and you informed us that there are bed bugs in the room. Immediately we kindly asked you if we could enter the room in order to check the issue although we knew it is impossible to have bed bugs because we have followed all the necessary hygiene protocols(as we do all these years!!!). Initially, you denied us entering the room but later we explained to you that it is a really serious issue that could affect all our guests and we may need to take immediate action. At this point and while you were ready to check out, you started telling us not to enter the room because it is bad for our health even if one of you was inside the room (extremely strange behavior which we haven't met again). We finally managed to enter the room and we found that there were strangely placed small pieces of blanket fabric on the pillow and the same pattern in some other places. We immediately said that these are not bed bugs (or anything alive) but small pieces of blanket shedding (just fabric)!!!! One of you seemed to understand really well that there were no bed bugs, but she insisted that they would leave the room because of those non-existent "bed bugs" and that they had already made a reservation in another hotel. We photoshoot immediately and we asked you also to send us the photos with which you threatened us earlier that you would use as evidence. Of course, we never received anything, because we could easily use your photos as evidence for the fake story you made up and the mess you had created in the room and our property!We know the reason that you made up this story and we have already started taking all the needed legal actions in order to protect our property and reputation from this unacceptable behavior and the reproduction of a not real statement as a fact.From our side, we follow very strict hygiene checks and protocols which make it impossible to have bed bugs and we have never faced an incident like this from any client during so many years that our Property has accommodated numerous guests.
