Take this as feedback, not a complaint. I booked 2x Luxury Suites and were given two of the grottiest rooms on 2nd floor which I suspect were the Double rooms. Rooms were side by side but were completely different in decor, made up of random pieces of furniture and mismatched stained linen. Aircon didn't work for one of the rooms, wifi and tv (no channels) didn't work. Towels were disgusting and were better as bath mats. No tea and coffee making facilities in either room. Floors were cleaned with an oily substance which made the chipped and cracked tiles slippery to walk on. Door handle was broken for 1 room which made it uneasy to sleep or leave the room. On the positive side your location is conveniently located close to town, there is a great 24hr car wash place round the corner (full clean inside and outside FJD$15, ask for Talei!) 24hr reception and the young lady at reception was friendly. Suggest you have a look at what other hotels are doing in Nadi to better line up your property better.

Ima and others made us welcome and helped us keep our luggage and things. Nice big room the "deluxe family" with fridge, etc. which apparently is the VIP room with a bed added. Could be cleaner. About 5-10 min walk to the bottom of the main street of Nadi. Wifi only accessible from reception. Was noisy till late from partying guests on a Friday night.

The service was welcoming and friendly. The price was good, but I was disappointed that the Wifi didn't work in my room and that breakfast was advertised but not recommended. It was clean and well maintained however, for the price I paid.

Excellent budget value
Budget rooms so you get what you pay for and I have no complaints. Staff were very friendly and helpful and made life easy for guests. Excellent value.

For a cheap price it was ok, clean bathroom and toilet, great Aircon, but I was very disappointed with the dirty looking worn out bedsheet and towel.The blanket had an unpleasant odour.

Near Nadi airport. Paper thin walls and ceiling. Noisy occupants upstairs who drag furniture or pace up and down all day and night. No towels or shampoo. No milk for early morning tea. No lunch if the owner is out either. Nice eatery outside. No courtesy extension of check out.

Ich sollte hier die Buchungsgebühren von Expedia übernehmen. Ab 5Uhr morgens war es so laut, das man nicht mehr schlafen konnte. Kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Dusche und Toilette abgerockt.
