Typical hotel, friendly staff, price of room reasonable, no elevator, so were happy we had ground floor.

This single night stay could not have been more disappointing. Whoever operates this place could care less. There was hair EVERYWHERE. In the shower, on the floor, in the corners, in the beds, enmeshed in the towels. Stains all over the towels and bedding. The dresser in the room is lopsided because it broke and they tried to cut it down and still make it work. Dirt and dust on the wrapped coffee cups. A small bug dead in between them. Breakfast was beyond disappointing. It ran out half way through and was not restocked. Opened a cream cheese that was pure mold. The front desk gentleman was rude and not caring. Any complaints were an inconvenience to him or brushed off because “he would get in trouble”. We are not picky and truly are able to look past a lot. To leave somewhere feeling the way we are is infuriating. I would have rather gave the business to a place that cares.

Things in the rooms look like they've been quick fixed a lot and they advertise breakfast until 930 but in reality they don't refill anything so if you're not there early it's gone

Bed comfortable, breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Shower was good. Toilet did not flush properly. Trouble getting into internet their certificate expired in Feb.23 Warning that there was no protection. Had to manually override. Sink had a clump of hair in it, no water flow in sink faucet cold or hot.

Was very disappointed. Forst it took 3 different people to give me access to my room, the key cards werent working. The towels were dirty. The bath tub was chip. They were out of most things for breakfast, the pool was closed with trash floating in it. We had to leave the tv on because the highway was so noisy.

THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!! WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVED THE ROOM WAS EXTREMELY DIRTY, THERE WAS HAIR, FOOD AND JUST FILTH ALL OVER THE FLOOR AND BATH TUB. THE CURTAINS HAD HOLES IN THEM AND WHEN WE WALKED ON THE FLOOR OUR FEET WERE IMMEDIATELY FILTHY. I FOUND LIVE BED BUGS AFTER NIGHT ONE AND HAD BITES ON ME. I TOOK THE LIVE BED BUGS TO THE FRONT DESK AND SHOWED THEM AND THEY DID NOT ACT CONCERNED. THEY MOVED US TO ANOTHER FILTHY ROOM. HAD THERE BEEN ANY OTHER HOTELS IN THE AREA WITH AVAILABLITY WE WOULD HAVE MOVED TO A DIFFERENT HOTEL BUT WE WERE STUCK. THE FRONT DESK WAS NOT KIND OR ACCOMODATING AND NOT CONCERNED AT ALL. WHEN I REQUESTED A REFUND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME. COMPLETELY HORRIBLE PROPERTY AND MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Room Accommodations were good. They did not have or couldn't find my paid reservation. They, at first, gave me a receipt for a two night stay with the wrong last name and told me I had not prepaid the bill. I produced my receipt I had with me that reflected I had paid the bill online. I resolved the matter to my satisfaction. Somehow, they did not have the expedia reservation??

This was the absolute worst motel I've ever stayed in! Staff was rude and racist and the facilities were not what they were supposed to be. I will not ever be staying here again. I also recommend staying away.from this motel. Spread the word!!

We booked this hotel while road tripping. It was in a convenient location. The hotel is in need of some updating. Our room was cleaned and had everything we required however the chairs, countertops, parts of the walls, and bathroom had very obvious brown and dark red stains. Sometimes one colour or the other, sometimes both. Of all the colours to have stained, those are the most concerning imo.

Both times i have stayed here, the floor is so dirty it instantly turns your socks black. Both times had hair in bath tuns. Water wasnt very hot. I stayed twice just case it was a mistake. It's a cheap place to stay, just won't again.

Overall it’s an ok place for the price. Nothing special. The building is starting to show its age. I would stay there again if I’m on a budget constraint like this time.

The property needs some upkeep performed. The bed sheets and quilt smelled as if someone had a bunch of lotion on and had already been sleeping the beds. Tye plug in on the light next to the bed was broke.

Stayed two nights . Room freshly renovated. My air conditioning was turned to 65 degrees for my arrival. That is freaking nice. Only downside is the breakfast during week lacks eggs , sausage and bacon. But there is plenty to get the job done.
