"The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. We encountered a problem with our room and they took care of it immediately by changing our room. We didn’t use the pool at all. The breakfast was good and plentiful. It is in a great location which made it easy to get to everything that we had planned. We would definitely stay here again when we are in town."

"Location was great, right in the ocean . Liked the fact that there were many pools to choose from and there was a bar/food option. Rooms are in pretty rough shape. That being said if you’re only in the room to sleep it’s fine. In the 5 days that we were there not on once was the cleaning service in. They did give clean towels when asked but definitely should be at least every two days."

"Attitude from check in, housekeeping, front desk for simple asks like clean towels, toilet paper and room cleaning which were never received until we went to front desk and asked for a manager. They wanted us to do everything ourselves and here I was thinking I didn’t like airbnbs for that reason and a hotel is better, not this hotel."
