Rooms were spacious and pretty. Cleaning service was minimal, parking was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again, avoiding the front desk suggestion to chat with the timeshare lady by the Starbucks entrance. The value for what I paid was outstanding. The few things above could have been better but that is really just nit picking. Would recommended to my friends and family.

The room itself was very dirty. We didnt sit on the couch or chair our entire visit because they were covered in hair. The dressers were very dirty so we kept our clothes in our suitcase. The oven, when we tried to cook, had such a horrible burning smell, we had to only use to stove top. Walls, kitchen chairs, doors, counters, tables all had to be washed/cleaned before i would unpack. All in all, it will be a poor rating for the room. The front desk clerk wasnt overly welcoming or friendly, she didnt seem to like her job very much. The pool and hot tub were good, and parking was convenient.

The place was beautiful , but beware of room 857 it has bedbugs we have to change rooms in the middle of the night. I never came back to that hotel.

Everything was 10/10, I enjoyed my weekend getaway! Loved having Starbucks apart of the hotel. Parking was great. Loved how the ice markers were on several floors beside a drink machine. The view was amazing. Staff was friendly! I will be adding this hotel to my favorite hotel list.

Had a lot of trouble with the door lock. Dead battery in first 2 rooms and it took many multiple attempts in the final room.

1 out of the 3 hot tubs was working properly, the key cards to the doors did not work they changed my rooms twice and still had a faulty lock. The lazy river wasn’t working at all for the 3 days we stayed.

I liked that parking was on the floor of your room. I did not like that I saw 4 baby roaches. The room was very clean, spotless but those, bothered me. It was all together a really good place for fun and relaxation!!

The room we resewas the exact one advertised. It was clean and neat. The staff was friendly and helpful. The downside was that there wasnt a full set of dishes ie 1 wine glass and plate. There were two on the reservation. The curtain was stuck and getting in and out the balcony was annoying. Overall, i would stay again for a quick get away.

Expedia did provide free breakfast coupon or any discount coupon for area attractions. Hotel was old, in need of repairs. Repairs going on in room next door. On other side walls thin enough to hear phone calls at 4:00 am

The receptionist did not have my reservation even though I told her my expedia conf. #....Then she walked away from the front desk for 5 mins without a word to me. Then she put me in a room that even the room cleaning person did not know where the room was. I asked if the room had an ocean view. She said yes. When we got to the room it had a view of the hiway and was super noisy. I went out to the front desk and told a different person to change our room to a room with an ocean view. She apologized for putting us in such a terrible 2nd floor room and gave us a great room with a primo view. I recommend checking out the room before paying!!!! The receptionist should also be reprimended.

The check in could have gone a little smoother. They had limited parking for check in. My husband was driving so i got out to see if we could check in a little early and they wouldnt let me start the paper work. He had to come in show his license before we started
