They allow for college students for Spring Break. They were loud and obnoxious. If they allow this then they should only have college students that week. The rooms were old, rusty appliances, etc. moldy, hair (not head) on walls, outlets and tv remotes didn't work. I could go on.

Warning this property is horrible. Everything was dirty. There was no open restaurant said only open in summer. Room was sandy, balcony was large enough for one person to stand. Parking was across the street not on property. Pools are in the shade. Save your money.

O wish I could give this resort ZERO stars. This hotel has a huge safety and cleanliness issue. The tub is clogged and cannot be used, the toilet is not properly secured, and the room door glitches. It is extremely dirty and unsanitary. There is pee around the toilet seat cover and pubic hair as well, indicating the uncleanliness of this place. The tub also had pubic hair on it. The hall smells like a gas station bathroom. Please stay away from this place as it is extremely dirty. Additionally, the front desk person is unprofessional and on her phone instead of being helpful.

It was a place to stay at a great rate but my tub was dirty an the toilet the staff was really nice everyones attitude was very nice friendly but i mean i would recommend stay there if you're alone they pool was very murky i could see the pools next to me an could see the bottom of the pool i was 15 feet over they're pool an couldn't see the bottom of the hand rail all i would like to see from them is more care put in to the sanitation but all in all it was a ok stay

I've read some terrible reviews of this place recently. ... and idk why! We loved it. The room was clean, comfy, no bugs. Loved the tub and the beds were comfortable. Pools are nice. Great location. Resection was a nightmare as there was only one and a long line and she wasnt warm. But hey it was busy and she was alone. Would stay here again

READ THE REVIEWS!! I made the mistake with not reading the reviews. I was so disappointed in this place. We spent so much money on this place for the delux room and 2 beds. The couch looked like it was pulled off the street. It was so dirty. There were dirty dishes in the dish washer when we arrived and there was hair in the sink. The lights flickered so much is the master room you couldnt be in the bathroom until it stopped. Beware of the kitchen. We had 3 plates 2 forks 1 cup and a few cook ware. We had to buy our own knives, spoons, plates, bowls and cups. There is no coffee or dinning table, so we had to eat standing up. The dish washer worked when it wanted to and you had nothing available to you to wash the dishes by hand other than a small bottle of dish soap. The pool was so nasty. Looked like rust on the bottom and with a masive amount of chlorine. The good things I would say is if you pick an ocean front room, the view is beautiful. The hotel is close to attractions, and the hotel isnt very far from the beach. Parking completely sucks. You have to park across the streer from the hotel and its very limited parking. And the beds are very firm. The staffing can go up and down we had a few rude people who would not acknowledge our complaints. But we did have 1 staff member who did seem to care and had house keeping clean room and provided us extra blankets. Make sure to bring your own beach towels. Their beach towels are very similar to cleaning rags.

This property was dirty, check in was at 4 the rooms weren’t ready at 4, then when they were ready they weren’t clean. The rooms smelled. You couldn’t enjoy the hot tub for all of the kids playing in it like it was a swimming pool bc the actual pools were cold. Terrible experience

First let me say, the pictures for this hotel are well staged, this place does not look like this in person, even the pool lounge chairs on the beach pic, were taken from the property next to it, not even their chairs, so much for false advertising. I am an amputee and they harrassed me about parking underground because I did not remember to bring my handicapp parking sticker as we took my husbands truck and not my jeep. I showed the receptionist my prothesis, she said there is nothing she could do without that sticker and that I wasn't really that handicapped as she had to walk as well, and she had a bad back. Finally after 3 days of complaining about the parking down the street (not on premises as ad states) they final allowed us to park underground. There is NO MAID SERVICE, also not stated in ad, so if you stay a week, you need to clean and get your own sheets and towels yourself. People on our floor piled their garbage up near the ice machine /elevators as they indicate their is a 200.00 fine for leaving garbage in your rooms, so without knowing where to leave it, that became the garbage drop off, don't pick it up daily, so its leaking and smelling for days, so gross. They also do not disclose that they allow homeless locals to live here, so you have sketchy looking people around the hotel all the time. Rude staff yelled /cussed at us, told us to go to our room, she was pregnant and couldn't deal with us. Her name was Ally. No heated pool as advertised, dirty hot tub,

I didn't like that check in was at 4pm and we weren't able to check in until 6:50pm! The room that I reserved was an oceanfront room and according to the front desk that room was never cleaned and now there were no oceanfront rooms available! I was so mad! That's the whole point for coming to this hotel was because I found an oceanfront room available and booked it! They also couldn't refund me any money but they did take away the resort fee which was only $15. I will NOT be coming back!!

I use to like this property. This was my worst stay. The couch and chair looked like it wasn't cleaned too many stains. Bedroom ac went out, in the middle of one of the nights someone set off the hotel smoke alarm and everybody had to leave their room. Another night we locked out of our room for almost two hours because front desk couldn't get the door open and they couldn't get a hold of maintenance. I was told I would receive all my resort fees. I have yet to receive any resort fees. Sad to see that place go the way it's going. It was a cool place to stay.

Look like black mold on some of the wall drawers screwed shut floors didn’t seem to clean and pools were dirty while the other two motel on either side of us was beautiful other than that view was worth it

Upon check in we were told that our ocean view room, which we had booked and paid fir was not available Then to add insult to injury? Shortly after my wife and I went to sleep we were abruptly awakened by the smoke alarm. I was able to stop it and then I called the front desk to report but all I got was voice mail. My call was never acknowledged! Then a a after about 20 minutes went off again. Now I got dressed and went down to the front desk to get the situation resolved. I was told by the agent at the front desk that there was nothing they could be fine to correct the situation even after I suggested another room. Then a security agent got the hotel came in from outside and went with me to disconnect the smoke alarm leaving us with no protection from a fire event. The rest of our night was very restless and very little sleep plus a lot of noise outside our room from drunken guests! Absolutely the worst experience at a hotel that we have ever experienced ! I wonder what Expedia is going to do to for terrible stay?

I should have read the reviews beforehand. I booked an ocean front room. Upon arriving, I could not find the parking area and the small space they have at the hotel was full(3 vehicles could only fit) and that was for loading and unloading only. After searching, I found the parking lot across the road behind another hotel. Anyways, upon checking in, they booked my room to someone else. They gave me another room with absolutely no view. Ok, whatever. As I entered the room, it was filthy. Hadn't been cleaned from the last guest. I lugged my heavy luggage back downstairs and got another room. Same type of room with no view. Get to my new room and the bathroom sink doesn't work. I didn't stress it and used the kitchen sink. I took a shower and the shower stayed clogged up my whole visit and didn't drain. They supply a kitchenette, but no dishes, pots/pans or cutlery. So, it's pointless. I told myself "At least I see no roaches", the very next day I saw two on the kitchen floor. Booked this hotel for the heated indoor pool and hot tub so I could relax. Neither were open!!!! Needless to say, I will NEVER book this hotel again!

So a few things about the property is that is in okay. Location the parking it's across the street a little bit and at night time it seems like unsafe.. But the hotel itself looks okay condition but the hot tub isn't out of order has no water in. It doesn't let them seem to be the only water in it for a while. On first arrival I go up to my room and the hallway where the elevators are. They go out to the rooms. Has bags of trash. That smell awful but they were picked up the next day so I shouldn't say much about those. But when entering the room and walking around the suite was nice. It looked nice. Probably could have been cleaned a little bit better. It was really it was kind of dusty and places and both tubs seem to have dirt or something in them. Still at the bottom of them and a little mold. Maybe a little bit but I just bought some bathroom cleaner and cleaned them up. Real good right before I took any baths or any showers or anything. The dishwasher did not work while I was there and there was no silverware so and I have to say every lamp in the place except for maybe two of them all the lights bulbs and then more broken so they didn't light up in one of the bedrooms behind the bed lay head or where the headboard was in the mattress meet. There was a dirty shirt for my guest who stayed there before me. Maybe or something. I did have other issues with some things but they probably shouldn't go here

The property is in a great location and the room itself was really good. Especially for the price. The one thing that made this a disappointment was roaches in the kitchen area.

There was bed bugs in the bed, there were some stuff that was dirty when we got there, and the room look organized and clean but was a terrible experience due to the bed bugs and we didn’t get a front ocean view of the beach. They over charge for everything.

The rooms were set up nice but have not been maintained very well. Nowhere to sit down and eat but had a full kitchen. The 2 pieces of furniture that were in the room were stained and dirty. There were no pots or pans and no one informed us there were none. So I had to go out and buy some in order to cook.There were no towels, hand towels or wash clothes in the room as well. Only one front desk employee trying to accommodate an entire hotel and everyone's needs so the line to check-in was ridiculous. But I couldn't be too upset because she had no help. The room setup we nice. It just needs to be kept up better.

Our 1st room on the 2nd floor did not have any pillow, only 1 towel and no desk chair. We were moved to a 2nd room (also on the 2nd floor) where we killed 6 cockroaches running around in the evening and night. Disgusting! Also the faucets were leaking heavily in kitchenette and bathroom. We were move to a suite on the 7th floor for our remaining nights (much nicer room, but no desk and chair available) and thankfully there was no sign of pest insects in this 3rd room. Jacuzzi in basement was broken (filled with hot water but no bubbles). The one heated outdoor pool was nice enough. Access to the beach was nice and easy. The staff at the front desk was polite and helpful in doing what they could to help us with these dismal accommodation conditions to start with. Hotel management is obviously appalling and people should be fired immediately.

We were only able to sleep there one night because first when we entered there were cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom floor and the people next to us were making noise until 4 in the morning that they didn't let us sleep.
