"Understated luxury. The Junior suite design elements were beautiful. If you like relaxing in a bath, the huge river rock tub is such a treat. Pair the soak with the most comfy bed and you are off to lala land. The digital bedside controls for the indoor air and lights makes it so you never have to leave the bed to adjust a thing. The private patio and ocean views are huge. Breakfast is delicious too! Don’t pass up an opportunity to stay here if you want a relaxing stay in Mykonos."

"Unfortunately this hotel was disappointing! In Room 8! next door looked abandoned. Building next door was full of old furniture and rubbish. Rattan flower pots had either dead plants or nothing in them and they were broken. You passed one door with a broken pane of Glass. It looked like we were in the abandoned area. As for the room itself tired looking. We were moved to room 15 which was better, had a modern shower with glass rather than curtain. It did look out onto their garage and old abandoned parasol bases and office chairs. However I did settle for this room as couldn’t be bothered to complain again. It lacks maintenance and silly things could easily be sorted such as the fan blades on air con were broken so had to use tissue paper to hold up or you were frozen with air blowing onto bed. Toilet door handle came off which cleaners must have known about. Also hair dryer broke although this was fixed in two days and the door handle immediately. Pool area is shabby too, there’s an abandoned veranda with old beds and parasols. Main pool area has no parasols which is ridiculous considering the heat in Mykonos. Pool bar is tired with hideous formally white seats that are now yellowish. The breakfast was lovely and the breakfast staff amazing. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff did a good job. The hotel lacks maintenance and needs updating I can’t understand how it gets highly review on Expedia."

"Très belle hotel a 15 minutes du port avec leur service de navette gratuite. L'hotel est à 15 minutes à pied des principales attractions du centre ville de Mykonos (vieux moulins, Little Venice et vieux port); c'est une bonne remontée au retour. Nous avions une magnifique vue sur ces attractions et la mer de notre chambre. Prendre note que la piscine n'est pas chauffée donc en début mai elle était très froide. Personnel à la réception très serviable pour vous recommander des activités, restaurants ou vous aider avec votre location de véhicule."

"We had the most amazing time at the Vencia Boutique Hotel, from reception, food service, grounds, view, you name it, it was excellent. Our first contact was super nice, friendly and very knowledgeable, she was very professional and I believe I might be saying her name wrong, Valenta 😊 all the servers at the bar, breakfast and dinner, Spano our help with luggage, Georgia, Christina and Louisa were all very helpful. I would not hesitate to spend more time at the Vencia!!!"
