"The location is excellent, the room itself was a little small but spotless and quiet with very good double glazed windows which could be opened for a bit of breeze. The bathroom was small but efficient and clean. The management were very responsive to our questions. The only thing that was a bit below standard was the common areas, staircase and hallways were a bit grotty and don't look like they have been cleaned in a while. Overall a pretty good experience."

The apartment is very well appointed and matches the photos. The kitchen is lovely and has everything needed. Jane was a pleasure to deal with, and the check in and access was straightforward. "This flat was great, super clean and absolutely huge. The living room kitchen area is really big, as is the bedroom, the bathroom is good with a really great shower. Everything was super clean, plus they have a very clear recycling system which is great to see. The key code system for entry was super easy and clear, and the luggage room was really helpful and easy to access. Loved our stay! "

"The hotel boasts the best location for tourists among branded hotels in Royal Mile Edinburgh. We took a three-day hiking trip to Loch Ness and came back at 6pm. The drop-off point at Lawnmarket is just 2 minutes walking from the hotel, so that we still had a lot of time in early evening to revisit the Edinburgh old town center. On the second day, we had to take an early flight back to Seattle, and the airlink stop to the airport was just 10 minutes walking from the hotel. "
