The front desk clerks were truly kind and friendly. It's actually rare in the hotel world to have people who are that welcoming.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was pretty clean minus the fake nail found under the alarm clock. Everything at the breakfast was good minus the omlets, they didn’t taste very good. You should update the tvs to have Netflix or something on them and you definitely need a charger port next to the bed.

I canceled my 2nd night and the front desk said canceling just needed to be done before 11am. I booked at the Delta Marriott thru you expedia, so i would like credit back for Hampton Inn. I got drowned by 2 shower heads aimed into the bathroom. I am not handicapped, it was just what was available. Doors were slamming up until 2 am and i am staying here because i csme for a funeral. Please reply

The stay was great but very disappointed in the holiday, take and go breakfast that consisted of an apple and a bottle of water. I appreciate that you give your breakfast staff the day off, but you could provide better food options in the bags.

Quiet, comfortable beds and pillows, pet friendly, kind and caring staff, clean bathrooms and living space. Had a little bug problem in my room. Was moved right away when the problem was identified.

Found it odd that we were asked to leave the dining area after hours. We were just done with work and feeding 5 staff members. Trying to be quiet once there were 2 of us left, but we were just hanging out. Go to the Tru hotel, hangout all you want, come here, not so much...

We had the best holiday stay. This team was so kind and demonstrated hospitality with every interaction. The cozy decorated lobby was so warm when we arrived. We were here over a holiday and they all were welcoming to all of us spending these days with them. Pet friendly is a major plus and the pool was a welcome retreat from the cold for all. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Very comfortable
Receptionist was friendly and polite. Our room was comfy. Shower was ok. Breakfast was delicious...plenty of hot and cold items. Hotel was neat and updated. Workers were friendly. Only downfall--we had 40mph winds outside, and the room window whistled all nite ( didn't feel a draft, so window must be out of place). Highly recommend.

Arrived to the hotel and the power was out, they offered me a room at a different hotel but I had to pay for it and now they won’t approve a refund for the original room I booked.

Great hotel with an awesome free breakfast. Staff was very kind and hospitable. Pool looked wonderful but we did not have enough time to fit it is. Nice place, beautiful room.

FRIENDLY, CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE...
Front desk was very friendly, even though they were short staffed and you could see she was a little stressed. She got us checked in and to our room promptly. Room was very nice, clean, comfortable. We were only there one night but will be in the area next summer and will definitely book a room for our next stay.

Clean rooms, beautiful bathrooms with full shower set (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion high quantity abd so pleasant smell). Big choice food for breakfast. Very friendly staff. Big pool, my daughter was swimming all morning. Highly recommended.

Dirty and run down
Very disappointing. I always thought Hilton hotels were nice, but this place was kind of a dump. Carpets were dirty, the whole thing looked run down, the box spring mattress had a huge yellow stain - gross (picture), the bathroom floor had not been cleaned and had long black hairs and spills (pictures) from a previous guest. The only bright spot - Cece at the front desk.
