"Pool bar was subpar, machines not working, quality of food was poor. Gym- water dispenser, the water was warm not cold. No turn down service- we had our room cleaned once in 4 nights/5 days. Had to request towels. Only one robe in room. "

"Very nice hotel, the staff were very friendly, the hotel shuttle is a bonus which takes you within a 2-mile radius which includes downtown Broadway. The breakfast was amazing and the happy hour + snacks is always nice. The hotel was in a quiet area of Nashville. I would definitely stay here again. If you use the shuttle, please tip the drivers :) "

"The biggest takeaway that was most worthy of mentioning was not a thing, but a person. The staff at the reception desk was amazing! Ms Tommi was a sheer delight. Her knowledge and friendly demeanor showed she truly enjoyed people and her job. We just happened to arrive when the building was secured by the Fire Department, due to a suspected fire alarm. Although we were unable to get to our rooms right away. It became pleasurable to watch Ms Tommi handle some “not so understanding” guests. She...

"Room it’s self was priced well however the property does charge an additional fee to park your car on their property. I am an openly gay man and was questioned 3 times if I in fact only needed one king bed in the room and not two queen size beds. I was there with my husband. "

"Service here was amazing! The ladies at the front desk made check in and check out and any requests I had a breeze. The only thing that I’d note that might not be on the listing is that you will have to pay for valet parking. About $50 a night! But on that note, I would say this is one of the better valet services I’ve experienced. "
