"Nice and clean and close to all the attractions"

"There was not enough information provided to the customer at check in regarding the amenities of the room. Also, one of the attendants at the champagne/breakfast bar was a little rude concerning eating breakfast there. I did not make a reservation there for breakfast the next day because I did not know you had too! If anyone had told me that I needed to make a reservation I would have done so. Maybe someone should talk to the short (maybe French) guy who works there about giving more information about reservations before chastising customers about not making a reservation! Overall, good service and good breakfast selections."

"Great location close to Edinburgh Airport but in lovely countryside (it has a Golf course). Great staff, good dining choices and excellent facilities; lots of gym equipment, large heated indoor pool, sauna & steam.
