"Everything was amazing! As a family of three with a 16-month-old toddler, we had a fantastic stay. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location by the beach was perfect. The food offered plenty of choice, including options for young children. We would happily return and highly recommend it to families"

"From arriving to checking out all the staff were excellent with smiles and helping people with whatever was needed. Our room was cleaned every day. I think this hotel is fabulous for a multi age group because it certainly caters for all ages with multi pools which we took full advantage of the adult only pool. Free parking. On reading previous comments regards mosquitos we wore repellent bands and Avon so soft and was not bothered with them at all, we notice some people also brought citronella tea lights for the tables in the evening watching the great entertainment however the hotel does have repellent lanterns above you on the canopy."

"The location is great and next to the beach. The breakfast is very nice, however the juices that offered aren’t the best. Lastly the hotel is a bit outdated and renovations would be highly recommended. Having said that it’s a nice hotel."

"The room was spotless, the reception staff were welcoming, the pools were lovely, the lifeguard was funny, I liked the bean bags by the pool with the table tennis on the astroturf. We were close to plenty shops and restaurants. We didnt buy breakfast, we had a kitchenette to cook our own meals. It could do with more utensils, and atleast have basics like salt and pepper in the cupboard than keep coming downstairs to ask. It was nice to chill on the balcony after a day out. We wouldnt work the tv very well, it was very outdated, so didnt use it. We had a sink pipe leak, but the staff sorted it asap which was great. Overall, a nice place to relax!"

"Travelled here with my family. Overall it was a good stay, but be advised it is PACKED with children, mostly younger (under 5). The included breakfast was great, rooms were clean, and overall good. Parking was difficult, but free (street parking only). Beach in front of the hotel was really great! I would recommend this location if you are the type of family that likes to just stay on the hotel grounds and make use of your all inclusive things. If you have a little older kids, and like to explore other sites on the island, I would probably not recommend this hotel. Oh. And whoever the pool guys are, they need a raise :) I maintain my own pool at home and have no idea how they keep this water so CLEAN with hundreds of kids going in and out every day! Same thing with the buffet cleaning staff...they do an amazing job keeping that area tidy. So if management is reading this, give those people a bonus!"
