"I was in town for work and this studio was in the absolute best location for me. 20 minutes from work and family and only few minutes to downtown Venice. The studio was in a perfect location. It's in a very quaint little neighborhood. It was very clean and the property taken care of. Laurie reached out a few times to make sure my stay was going well. She was very attentive to her guest. I will 100% be booking here agian for my trips."

"A simple, clean, unassuming property. Area quite safe. A good value. Everything worked, and in my experience, the manager appears to live nearby and is very attentive to any issues. Many people stay there for warm mineral springs which is a 5 minute walk away. I did go there a couple times, but mostly because it offers the rare pleasure of being able to swim outside in winter when water at Florida's beaches is too cold. "When we arrived our place wasn’t ready. There was a mix-up with dates. When we contacted the property manager he was quick to apologize for the inconvenience and we were compensated for the inconvenience. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. "We loved how close we were to the beach. It was beautiful, so nice. We loved that we weren't near the major public beaches and were more secluded. We slept great and had everything we needed in the kitchen when cooking. The owners were amazing communicating and we would love to book another trip back with our kids or pets next time!"

"We were so please with this home! The pool and pool area was amazing, with great privacy and tropical foliage all around. Communication with the homeowner was very easy. The home had everything we needed for our month long stay. The beds were comfortable, as was the living area. The location was perfect, central to the beaches and activities of Venice & Englewood. We would deffinetley stay there again if visiting Venice!"
