Good, could be better
The property was great to stay in. The interiors are modern and have been thought out for guests with storage, hooks, toiletries and a coffee machine. Access to emergency top ups was also excellent. Overall communication was good and very responsive. There are a few things that could be improved - regular cleaning (I had to request this, which I didn't think I should have to do), the standard of cleanliness could have been better (things were not dusted or hoovered), also I had to ask more than once for a blanket as it was cold in the room.

Very clean/modern apart hotel. Parking is 10 euros per day and washing machine with dry is 7 euros per time. Well located with quick response of inquiries! Free coffee machine is very bonus!

Clean and modern facility. Friendly staff.
Staff was super friendly. Room was very clean and modern. Kitchen appliances are new. Shampoo and body soap are NOT provided. This facility is setup like an extended stay. Tenants were mostly there for business.

Mir gefiel die Unterkunft sehr. Das Hotel hat ein paar wenige Parkplätze in der sehr gut zugänglichen Garage unter dem Hotel. Komplett ohne jede Rezeption ist der Check-In möglich, weil mir über WhatsApp alle Informationen am Anreisetag zugeschickt worden sind. Das Zimmer ist modern, sauber und total ausreichend für eine Person. Einzig die Glasscheibe in der Dusche kommt zu kurz und überall im kleinen Bad wird es ziemlich schnell nass; trotz Sorgfalt. Die Bushaltestelle erleichtert die Fahrt in die City. Im Umkreis des Hotels gab es allerdings keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auf jeden Fall wird das Hotel erneut gebucht in Zukunft.

We booked with breakfast. One week in advanced we were informed that there will be no breakfast possible. Unfortunatelly we did not get our money back for the breakfast fee (56 Euro). We are angy because breakfast was an important reason for our booking decision. Due to the fact we had to write exams in Munich in the mornings.

All good unless you need help
Room was nice and clean. The streaming on the TV did not work and though we were assured it would be fixed the following day, it was still not fixed by the time we left two days later. The communication with the staff seemed very dishonest. I got the feeling, they already knew and was just stringing us along

Messe 출장 때문에 일주일 머물렀습니다. 비밀번호 받아서 내집처럼 사용하는 무인아파트 컨셉이며 냉장고, 식기, 조리도구 등 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있어 지내기 편했습니다. (대신 프런트나 룸서비스는 없습니다.) 도보 거리에 U2 역이 있어 시내와 Messe를 오가기 좋습니다.

Wirklich angenehm und gerade richtig
Rundum zufrieden. Ein sehr nettes Zimmer. Mehr als nur funktional. Verkehrsmäßig gut angebundenes Hotel. Excellente Kommunikation, was bei dem Konzept eines rein "digitalen" Hotels natürlich essenziell ist. Auch Telefonkontakt präzise und freundlich. Ich bin froh, dass ich ein Hotel mit diesem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis gefunden habe.

I arrived late and it was a warm and welcoming lobby and easy access, with pincodes. The clean room was equipped with coffeemachine, teakettle, and free water and a nice bag of crisps. I also loved the products for body&shower from REN. Very nice place, good value for money.

Achtung. Es ist kein Hotel, sondern ein Appartement Haus ohne Rezeption. Alles wird über einen WhatsApp Chat geregelt. Bei meiner Ankunft war noch der Müll der Vorgänger im Mülleimer. Eine tägliche Reinigung erfolgt nicht. Auch das Geschirr im Schrank war schmutzig. Es gab zwar eine Spülmaschine, aber kein Reinigungsmittel für diese. Ich traf dann zwei Putzfrauen auf dem Gang, sie sagten, sie könnten mein Zimmer nun nicht reinigen, denn sie bekommen immer von der Zentral aufs Handy mitgeteilt, was sie machen sollen. Die Zimmer sehen zwar schön aus und die Lage ist auch ok, der Service und die Reinigung aber unmöglich. Finger weg!

Cet hôtel propose des appartements "studio" en très bon état et complet, dans une décoration moderne. La cuisine se compose d'un réfrigérateur, de plaques vitrocéramiques, d'un four micro-ondes et même d'un lave vaisselle ! En soi, le studio est spacieux, et il est possible pour tout voyageur de manger à l'intérieur du studio sans problème. Lors de notre séjour de 7 jours, nous avons eu un bon accueil des gérants de l'Hotel, et l'enregistrement a été rapide et facile. En amont, nous avons envoyé un email à l'hôtel (munich-rose@joyn-living.com) pour les prévenir de notre heure d'arrivée. Ils répondent rapidement afin de nous expliquer les démarches. Concernant les transports, il y a un arrêt d'U-Bahn à 5 minutes à pied, et il est possible de se garer sur les avenues à côté de l'hôtel (gratuitement). Le seul inconvénient, c'est que le studio était au rez-de-chaussée, et du coup il y avait peu de luminosité. Ainsi, je conseille fortement cet hôtel pour un voyage court ou long.

War alles supersauber,neue Einrichtung, schönes Bad, ganz kleines Manko, es gab kein Shampoo und Duschmittel, habe diesesmal ausnahmsweise nichts mitgenommen weil es sonst immer kleine Proben im Hotel gibt...und die Türen fallen sehr laut ins Schloss. Sonst alles prima.Sehr nettes Personal,hat auch bei Problemen sofort weiter geholfen. Kaffee gab es umsonst.Weiter so.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön! Geschmackvoll, einladend und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles tiptop sauber. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war super freundlich. Das Zimmer schön geräumig und richtig zum wohlfühlen. Die Einrichtung ist offensichtlich neu, wie wahrscheinlich das Hotel selbst auch. Frühstück war leider noch keins zu haben als ich dort war, aber direkt gegenüber gibt's ein hervorragendes Café in dem man super frühstücken kann. Check out war bei mir bis 11.00 Uhr, leider hat die Reinigungskraft um 10.00 Uhr schon geklopft, obwohl ich das "bitte nicht stören"-Schild an der Tür hatte. Sie war allerdings super freundlich, als ich sagte, dass ich noch nicht soweit bin. Wer ein Konzert im Werksviertel Mitte besuchen will ist in kürzester Zeit zu Fuß dort. Ich komme gerne wieder!
