The rooms we booked were not availabile, which was ok for us but not optimal. Staff was pleasant. Beds were comfortable. Faulty alarm clock woke us up in the middle of the night. The traffic from the highway was noisy through out the night. Room was clean but everything was minimal. Nothing special. A place to sleep for the night for a cheap price. Although a non-smoking room cigarette butts littered the walkway in front of the room. Breakfast was available, we didnt have it other than coffee which was cold and we had to dump. All in all we wouldn't stay there again but it did the job for the night. Pizza Hut right next door but was the only choice. It was good if you want pizza.

There is light bulbs out that should be replaced when checked out they new about them I would think if you new about it you would get it fixed the door way had a big gap you could see day light through it also the blanket had hole in it I wasn't pleased whith the room don't believe we will be back

This place is what you would expect to get for $59. The lady at the front desk was very nice and check in was easy. Rooms were clean but ours could have used a fresh coat of paint. The traffic from the highway outside was loud at night

Our overall stay was good in terms of comfort. The base of the toilet was disgusting. The breakfast needs much improvement. There was no regular milk. There was nothing to properly cut a bagel. No fresh fruit.

We had to wait a bit for the employee to check us in. She was somewhere outside. When she did come in, she wasn’t wearing a name tag or anything identifying apparel. But, the room was clean. Definitely an older facility with thin towels but it was clean. Breakfast was average but free.

Staff was "Good", however, I had to give "Service" a "Poor" rating due to the fact that "Amenities" list "Free buffet breakfast available daily" on Expedia's website, "Free Hot Breakfast" on Choice's website, "Hot Breakfast" on the sign leading to the hotel, a sign that lists "Fresh, HOT, and (I believe) Healthy" on the check-in desk AND a sign on the microwave in the breakfast area that says "Hot". I walked into the breakfast area our 1st morning and was meant with NO hot breakfast/buffet. I asked the desk attendant and was informed they do not serve a hot breakfast at all. I told her that is why I booked at this hotel, while she did “apologize”, she offered no other comment. I feel lied to, not mislead, outright lied to. This is FALSE Advertisement and ruined what would have otherwise been a very good experience. Other issues were that the ice machine and apparently the washing machine was broken.

Kentucky surprise
Room was exceptionally clean with a nice personal invitation from the maids to "enjoy my stay." Very pleasant staff desk, with a wonderful TV that even included my fav station TCM. Wonderful stay, great night sleep, and a beautiful sunrise to wake me in the morning. And yeah, the hotel sits on a hilltop overlooking 75 south, another great view.

There was no "Quality" at this Quality Inn. Old building with loose conduits and sagging cables. Poor mounting of security cameras and fixtures. Dated mattress in room. Exposed electrical wiring in bathroom.

Things should have been better.
Reserved rooms 3 months in advanced, they gave them away. Put us in rooms with no Wi-Fi, and no towels. had to go to office to get them. Said they would give us discounts . They didn't'. Would not stay here again if they were free.

The staff were very friendly, but the property is uninhabitable. The rooms smelled of urine and cigarettes. The bedding was filthy, the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned in ages, there was no cold water (only scalding hot), and the phones and TV didn’t work. There were cobwebs and bugs in the corners. Find another hotel.

Just needs some minor ceiling & wall repair and fresh paint and updated color scheme .. and tear down the BP staton that is no longer in use … check linens .. hand towels and wash cloth had yellow stains .. overall we enjoyed our stay

Property looks a little dated on the outside but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Rooms appeared to be recently remodeled and were perfect for a nice nights sleep. Pizza Hut was within walking distance and other restaurants were approximately two miles north.

Had trouble checking in, computer issue. The ladies at the front desk did apologize but it was 1130pm and i just wanted sleep. Then went to the room and i had to kill a spider and there was crumbs in one of the beds. The ceiling of the bathroom was coming down. There was something pink on the sheet and was sticky.

Decent & comfortable for the price
Decent hotel. Would stay here again for the price. Very nice view off the west side of the hotel. Our room was clean & comfortable. The bathroom needs to be gutted & repaired properly but was in working condition & serves its purpose. Fridge & small coffee maker in room. Breakfast was a cold grab & go type with bagels, cereal, toast, yogurt, juice, & coffee. Very friendly staff. Pizza Hut right next door & the pizza was great!!

The property staff were very kind but the “one in charge” had only been training for a week and the one asking questions had been there a few days. We had issues with Expedia declining my credit card even tho I got charged for it, not the hotels fault but it felt like they were guessing about everything regarding the stay. While checking in they would take the activated room card and go to the designated room before we were given the card to “make sure nobody else was in there” very odd but the views were great if you looked east. To the west was the always beautiful and silent 75. Pizza place down the hill to have din.

We arrived to find crushed crackers on the floor and the room only partially cleaned. We called the front desk and she came and vacuumed and sprayed things down. However, the toilet didn't work properly - the water was filling improperly so we would have to turn the valve on and off to use it. We reluctantly agreed because there were no other rooms and they asked us to deal with it. I agreed for a discount on the room and was told that the manager would be told and that could likely happen. Dust flew out of the fan when the fan was turned on in the bathroom. More dirt came out of a vent in the bathroom when my husband showered. The toilet still didn't work even using the valve so my husband had to use the ice bucket to fill the tank to flush the toilet. It was RIDICULOUS! The next morning when checking out we asked for the discount and were told none could be given because we booked through Expedia! We were offered an upgrade on a room and a discount in our next stay there. WHAT?!?! Why would I ever stay there again? Do NOT waste your money here. We might as well have put $120 down a black pit!

This is listed as Mt. Vernon. Well it is but it is the second exit. Th first exit is Mt. Vernon, Renfro Valley. So it took us an extra 6 mins. to get to our concert. This sits right off the expressway. very noisy. The only place to eat was the pizza hut right next to the hotel.
