Beautiful facility, very clean, comfortable rooms. Check in process was not very efficient. Dining on the property was very good. Views from balcony were amazing.

After a long cloudy day of being stuck inside we decided to enjoy the hot tub since it had cleared up. They ran us off around 10:00 because they wanted to put chemicals in the hot tubs and pools. We spent a lot of money to not be able to utilize the facility at this time and that is something that should be done on a weeknight not a weekend. The lady who came to tell us to get out was very unprofessional and plain rude. They need to hire people that had better management skills.

The place was clean. We stayed on the beach club side. The beds slept good. A/c got cool enough. As for outside. They have two pools. They should make one adult and one family. They only have one small hot tube for the whole resort. They need two. Also they need to choose a different night to do chemicals in the pool than on a Saturday night. That was not excepting at all for what was paid to stay there and not be able to enjoy it.

Nice property and facilities. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative would be that they have no coffee shop or snack bar on the property. Only option for snacks were meager pickings in the gift shop (all they had was a couple bags of chips and candy). A property of this caliber should include a coffee shop in the main building with breakfast, snack, and drink options. They did offer complimentary coffee in the lobby but it was not good.

Gorgeous property. Loved our stay. Some areas of the room need a little maintenance but nothing too major to overlook. Neighbors were rude and slammed doors and watched tv too loud but that’s everywhere you stay. For the price you pay, they could provide some better quality toilet paper and tissue. All in all, great stay. Nice staff, BEAUTIFUL property and location!! I would definitely stay there again!!

Our AC quit at 3 am, the shower barely had water coming out of it so I couldn’t rinse my hair, and we couldn’t turn the light on in the water closet (bulb was out). For $800 a night, not very good.

beautiful views and the rooms were nice, however, the staff weren’t very friendly. You could hear people in the halls when in your room. For as nice as the rooms were, they didn’t have a mini fridge and the floors were pretty cold. Our tv also did not work and no one ever came to fix it.

The rooms are great and the pool area is wonderful. WiFi is extremely unreliable, dining options aren’t included or easily accessible unless you go into the city. They do offer a great shuttle in and out of the city which saves on Uber or water taxi expenses but it fills up quickly so plan accordingly.

My husband and I had a wonderful time, everything was fabulous. The property is just beautiful, although a bar area, in lobby, with perhaps some activities for rainy days would fair well. We had one rude shuttle driver. Aside from him, we had the most pleasant time and will be back for sure. Special shout out to Ben and Christine at checkin, and all the kind shuttle drivers. The rooms are kept immaculate.The tiki Bar was great also,we had a blonde young lady who was extremely sweet and pleasant 😀!!

We loved the location and being on the harbor. It was difficult, however, to get an Uber or Lyft to pick us up without less than a 20 minute wait perhaps because it was a busy time. Also would have liked restaurant/bar to remain open after 10pm. Nothing was available to eat or drink after that.

Beautiful resort with friendly and accommodating staff. Good spa, bars and restaurant. Water taxi a 2 minute walk from main building. Patriots Point and the USS Yorktown next door (5 minutes to walk). I’d go back

The property is beautiful. I was expecting to be able to get room service here but they don’t offer it. I was disappointed. Pool area is great. Fire pits are great. The seafood restaurant was basic. Our food took forever to come out. There were only 2 waiters. I think they forgot to place our appetizers. Location is good.

The property itself is probably one of the best in Charleston and I wanted to love it. We were dislocated from our home for an extended period of time, so temporary lodging was a necessity. It is a beautiful setting, but they just don’t offer the amenities of a full service resort that I expect. There is no room service, although there are 2 places to eat onsite, one of which is ok, the TV options are poor, over $20 for a move, very old school ordering system, the spa is tiny with only a massage room and a bathroom to change in, nothing else, although the massage itself was great. The room is giant, with a luxurious bed, wonderful tub and balcony overlooking pool and harbor. There’s no where to walk to, so you really need a car.

I love the hourly shuttle into the city. Some of their amenities are seasonal, which was a bit disappointing. The rooms are spacious and spotless
