The property was very close to the entrance of Letchworth State Park 👍. The hotel is clean. The room is spacious. We could heard conversations from the next room and door slamming by other guests. As a whole, it is a good hotel.

Very quiet. Very comfortable beds and nice room layout. Very good free breakfast provided. Only complaint was had trouble finding help at the front desk for questions and to check out

Not far from the Moto Track we were going to Sunday morning and a pool and hot tub to keep the kids occupied on the rainy day before!! Lots of food and quick shopping close by if needed. Would definitely rent again if I’m the area!

The place was very clean so is the room. Beds are very comfortable. We had a little issue with next door neighbor, but Jake at the front desk went out of his way to help us and took care of the problem ( thank you Jake )

Extremely noisy. Road noise until midnight from trucks entering town. It starts up again at 5am. Property is located close to road and truck brake retarders are very loud. Noise inside hotel (door closings) is easily heard, no insulation? Management was very accomodating of my 2 dogs, which is why I selected this hotel.

We stayed here for one night over a weekend and it met our needs. Although a bit pricey, it was close to Letchworth. The continental breakfast was great and had enough options to choose from. I would stay here again.

Overall a decent stay. There is a cement factory next door so don’t plan on sleeping late or having a clean car if you park there for more than a few hours. Staff are friendly and the rooms are quite comfortable. Keycards are deactivated incredibly easily but there is always someone at the desk that will happily reactivate it.
