The beds were very comfortable and the rooms and building were clean. The only thing that needs a bit of improvement is breakfast. More consistent attention needs to be made to the availability of breakfast items and the condition of the serving area.

There was only ever one person working the front desk and every time we needed something we had to wait. Staff was friendly. Looked like they were in the middle of a remodel, there were large rolls of carpet in the lobby, a/c units in the hall being torn apart with peices around. Room was clean though. Biggest downfall was the indoor pool was closed for "maintenance". It should have said that on the website. If I had known in advance I would have booked elsewhere. There was not enough breakfast left when we went down at 7:30, only half hour after breakfast started. If you're looking for a less expensive hotel without the bells and whistles then this is fine. If you want something nicer go to the Holiday Inn.

The experience was very poor. I wish I could add the pictures that I took of area after area of unmaintained property. The guy who checked us in had dirty clothes on! No one had a uniform, so I had no idea who to really ask for help. The free breakfast was a total joke. Actually, the best thing about the hotel was the waffle iron that actually gave crisp waffles (just don't expect much else). The pool area was crazy looking, however the water was clear. I am quite surprised that Comfort Inn would allow anyone with such poor quality to have a franchise with their name on it. The hotel room itself was visually clean, even though we did have to request a new one immediately because the first room, when we first went up, was unlatched and had someone else's stuff inside. I would like to be contacted by Comfort Inn headquarters to share pictures.

Avoid this hotel. Pictures are no where close to reality. Gym don't exist (bunch of boxes with broken/ripped machines). Pool has mold and is filthy. Staff is not professional at all. Lobby smells horrible. It's not a pet free facility either!

Go there if you don't care about service.
This was one of my worst stays in recent times. The staff was so unfriendly and rude. Breakfast was also closed an hour early and no courtesy of even letting us know when they saw us getting there and sitting down.

The first impression when i first walked in, was very disappointing needles on the floor I asked the front desk. When was the last time you guys sweep outside the front desk said the guy is busy but he’s gonna come now, also a customer was at the front desk yelling There’s blood stain on her bed. The smell of the carpet was unbelievable, the attitude of the staff not good for business. We had to stay two weeks. A few days in there is a rat in the room when we call the front desk they told us I’m sorry, but we have a company to check it out. We’ve been having this problem. He switched us to another room. And the next day another rat got in the second room. I understand you get what you pay for but come on not that bad.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Voorhees Township, NJ, from November 16-19, 2023, and I feel forced to share my disappointing experience. There were visible signs of dirt, and garbage and food remnants were scattered around the premises. Due to the hotel's claim of high occupancy, housekeeping services were severely lacking. I had to reuse towels throughout the weekend, and the beds were never refreshed. Garbage, both inside and outside my room, remained untouched for days, creating an unpleasant environment. A party on the same floor persisted throughout the weekend, and complaints to the front desk about the loud music were dismissed, citing that the hotel had been rented for the event. The breakfast experience was bad, with a significant delay in replacing coffee creamer. Attempts to address these issues with the front desk were met with unprofessional behavior, including an employee being on a personal call for an extended period. My stay was far from comfortable. The overall lack of cleanliness, inefficient services, and disregard for guests' comfort made it a regrettable experience. I would not recommend this hotel to others and hope that the management takes steps to address these issues for future guests

The people running it said it was under new management, which can be understandable. The shower had mold in the caulking. The bathroom doorknob was falling off. No working fan in the bathroom. The pillows were clumpy. The beds were okay. The pool had algae floating in it. The hot tub was closed. The gym had boxes in it and was unusable. The continental breakfast was okay. It could have been improved with an average working toaster (and more than one) and larger juice and milk carafes so They were always empty. The downstairs bathroom was filled with chairs. The front desk workers were nice.

Smelled bad throughout, hallways, elevator and staircases were dirty. Room had trash leftover from previous guest, clearly not vacuumed. Room bathroom were not properly stocked with toilet paper. Light switch was cracked, bathroom curtains torn and shower leaked. The back entrance keycard security was broken so another back entrance was left cracked open. This also caused the lobby to get quite cold. Pool area was gross. Not sure if it was even open and accessible. Yellow tape around half of it. ( hot tub was broken) the ice machines on our floor were broken. The area was more used to store new ac units. (I hope they were new). No cleaning service or room restocks unless requested. Staff were not rude but we’re not rude but remiss
