Nice Hotel Overall, But Lousy Service and Stained Carpets

The hotel was in a fairly nice location. Service was extremely slow (called to have a rollaway bed that was in our room when we arrived removed as we did not request one, took 2 hours to get it removed). Bed was wonderful, but the carpets were stained all over. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Would stay here again

I didn't think hotels like this existed in Mt. Laurel. No offense, but I don't think this area is known for anything top notch. I was very impressed that they had a Westin in the area. The hotel was very clean and well kept. My guess is it's fairly new and the price was reasonable. There was a large stain of some sort on the carpet in our room which was unattractive, but not that big of a deal. Bathroom was spacious and clean which is a HUGE plus to me. The air conditioning wasn't working well the first night, but we called maint the 2nd night and they fixed it immediately. It worked great after that. Room service was so slow the first night that we ended up canceling it after our salad, 2 slices of cake and a tea still wasn't at our room after an hour. 2nd night it came promptly and while the presentation was nice, wasn't impressed with the food. Had some pasta, a caprese salad and a slice of cake and all of it was fairly flavorless...but edible and the kids ate it which was most important. Overall, I would stay here again as the accommodations and staff were nice and helpful.

Satisfied.

Nice, clean room, which smelled wonderful. The setting is a little busy - on a busy highway.

Neighbourhood recommendations: We stayed at this hotel because of its close proximity to Philadelphia, which was close by. Staying in this area was much better than staying in a hotel in downtown Philadelphia, which we very much enjoyed visiting, but were glad we had chosen to stay in Mt. Laurel.
