During our 3 night stay we didn’t have a complete set of towels. They seemed to be low or short of items as we needed them. The staff was very nice and the building was kept up. But compared to the Hampden Inn at the Philadelphia this place was paradise !

Breakfast was great for my week long trip needs. Nice not having to go out everyday. Door to room was hard to lock. Had to pull it closed a few times to get the lock to engage. Nice hotel, and will book again in September.

I would like to file a dispute and grievance against this hotel location. I was assigned three horrible rooms that were dirty. When I spoke with the hotel staff, they were rude and unaccommodating. I tried to speak with the general manager of the hotel, and it appears to me that he did not have the time of day to be able to contact me, I feel disrespected and let down by the lack of quality and the lack of service at this location
