We were heading to North Myrtle Beach for a month and decided to make a 2-day stop in our favorite little town of Mayberry. I found the Bradley Cottage on line and booked it for two days. We were so happy with the location (right around the corner from the Courthouse, Goober’s Garage) and a short walk to the heart of town to shop and have our milkshake at Walkers. The house was well stocked, clean and cozy. We would definitely stay there again!

Bradley Cottage
The Bradley cottage was a comfy home away from home. I would highly recommend staying here. It is conveniently located within walking distance into town. We would most definitely come back again

Nice place to stay. Should have told us about the lady staying in the garage out back that was kind of creepy. But it was on for a one night stop over I don't think I would have wanted to stay longer with the lady in the garage.

My sister arrived on Tuesday afternoon. We found everything as described. The house was clean and cozy and reminded of a house of yesteryear - that simpler, uncomplicated time when folks were not rushed and cared more about each other.

Cozy little home
Cute & cozy little home worked out great for us & our grandkids for an overnight stay on our way to the beach. The only issues were that the living room tv apps are outdated & we couldnt access netflix or youtube to watch tv as a family after a long day of driving & touring Mayberry, so we were split up into 2 bedrooms where the tv's were updated. But everything else was just fine.

We only stayed one night, but was perfect for what we needed. We would love to go back and stay longer. The house is adorable, and furnished very well for comforts away from home. Great little town within walking distance of cottage, Andy Griffin Museum was really interesting. Sheldon Winery is a must. Local Olympia Restaurants prepares a great meal - all the locals recommended us to try.

The cottage is very nice and very clean. It is fully stocked with everything you need. You can walk to the Courthouse and Wally's gas station. So that is nice. We will definitely book this cottage again for any trip back to Mt. Airy!

This is our 2nd stay at the Bradley Cottage. We enjoyed it as much as the last visit. The owners have maintained the lovely character and charm of this home, and it is perfectly located to Main Street. It is impeccably clean and comfortable (love the new couch!). The beds and linens are so nice, and we appreciate all of the extras available in the kitchen and bathroom. We look forward to returning to Mount Airy and staying at your beautiful cottage!

We were not in the house much because we had a lot of things on our list. That being said, when we got to the house we knew it was “us”. The floors, doors, furnishings, cleanliness… It was all good. We are huge fans of older homes with new life. You will want for nothing and you can easily walk to town for a bit of shopping or something to eat and it’s very close. If you want granite countertops, forget it, if you want perfect, this is it. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Right in the heart of Mayberry
We stayed here to visit this adorable town and to participate in the Mayberry 10K. We were able to walk to the starting line which was right up the street. The home and neighborhood was lovely! Will book again next year!

Perfect Mayberry Getaway
The house was in the perfect location and it was like stepping back into time. My daughter was obsessed with the record player and enjoyed every minute there. The house was very clean and even though it was an older house it still had all the modern features. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect little home in Little Mayberry!
We were very pleased with our stay at Bradley Cottage. It is such a cute home that fits in perfectly with the theme of Little Mayberry. It is within walking distance to Wally's Station, the Mayberry Courthouse, and not too far of a walk to downtown Mt. Airy. We have already shared the information to book it with our family and friends!

What a Beautiful Home!!!!!
This was a perfect home for my sister and I on a Sisters Roadtrip! The home was so cute and absolutely perfect for us with the 2 well appointed bedrooms with comfortable beds and beautiful linens! We both slept so well! The bathroom was perfect too with plenty of room with everything you would need to shower and dress! We loved sitting on the front porch and resting after a long ride to get there! We met the caretaker, and I am sorry to have forgotten her name, but she was a delight to talk to! She does a wonderful job keeping the home clean and welcoming! We enjoyed our stay immensely and if you are in the area, you would be fortunate to stay in this lovely home! If we return to the area, for sure, this would be the first place we would inquire to stay! Thank you for the awesome experience!

Perfect location
We have stayed in Mt. Airy annually for the last 10 years and a few years ago switched to rentals. Bradley Cottage is in a perfect location for the events we attend. It is comfortable with plenty of room for us. The kitchen had all we needed and I loved having a full refrigerator and freezer. We are already booked for next year and look forward to hopefully making this our place to stay when in Mt. Airy.

A step back in time. My mother and I were greeted by wonderful clean smell when we walked in. The sweet little house was just perfect for a little mother daughter get away. Very clean and organized, special touches, owner communicated well. An older home but very nice and decorated beautifully. Would highly recommend. Wally's Filling station is right at the corner where you can get a tour in one of the sheriff cars. A great stay and wonderful town.

Traveled to PA for a nephews graduation and wanted to make some fun stops on our way home. This little house was perfect. It was spotless and had such a cute layout. It was close to Wally’s Service Station where we got to ride in a patrol car for a town tour. Very fun stop and the Bradley House on Korner Street was a great place to stay.

2nd year in a row!
This is the 2nd year we have stayed in the little blue house and we loved it. The house was clean and comfortable. We spent the event gs in the porch playing guitars and relaxing. We can’t wait until next year!! The added touches of coffee, creamers and facial cleanser pads were appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was so cozy and comfortable. Excellent location (just a very short walk to Wally's). We walked there and took the Mayberry tour in the sheriff's car. John and Emily were wonderful. They even messaged us to make sure we had everything that we needed. Highly recommend Bradley Cottage for a quiet, relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was so close to town. Everything was spotless. There were plenty of linens and blankets. It smelled clean but not of chemicals (which is great because I don’t clean with chemicals). The house had plenty of room for our whole family and the kitchen was fully stocked. The description says it sleeps 6 (sleeper couch), but it’s not a full size sleeper couch it’s just a futon style. So unless 2 of those guests are under 5, it really wouldn’t sleep 6.

We enjoyed our stay and the property was well kept and as advertised. The one small challenge we had was the television/cable was difficult to access. There were no instructions and it wasn’t a typical turn on and immediately use type cable. Regardless, we were very satisfied with our stay.

What a sweet and very clean place. You couldn't ask for a better location. You really can walk to about anything from where you are staying. The living room sofa could stand to be replaced. It is very uncomfortable to just sit on but everything else is kind of perfect.

Time out in Mount Airy
Mount Airy is about the halfway point for our friends to meet up with us. Hubby and I had stayed in this house before once. And we all loved this charming little house! Well stocked kitchen utensils and very comfortable beds! And we were close to all the sites! I can’t say enough positive about this VRBO!
