Some part of them could be in Back Office to check-in organized groups. It makes check-in much faster. Unfortunately, sometimes in high season we really have queue because our hotel has 1000 comfortable rooms with capacity to accommodate up to 2000 persons at time. Ordinarily the check-in time for one room is not over 10 minutes, for groups is much faster.
