"12 out of 10 in our opinion. Only open a month and everything was just perfect. The dark blinds allowed a perfect night sleep in the most comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was attentive. We wanted for nothing. And the breakfast...oatmeal with all the fixins was a true treat. Thank you for a perfect stay."

"Hallways smells like cigarettes. My None smoking room had cigarette burns in the bed spreads. Carpet was really nasty. I feel like Hotels.com change the Hotel somewhere during the checkout process. I was looking at a different place all through the process. When I looked at the Itinerary the Day Of. It was too late to cancel. I'm done with you."
