"The stay was great! Room was quite small ideal for two people but it was super cleaned and smelled good. Although small the attention to detail was there. The area was quite lonely almost deserted. "I was extremely pleased with the compassion/flexibility of owner regarding allowing us to leave luggage and baby stuff prior to check in time. We had five adults and a 1 year old so a lot of stuff to be lugging around. She also honored cruise discount rate when I mentioned. This appears to be a double unit home….we accidentally used screened in porch of the wrong unit for a short time before I realized our error. It appeared to be extremely clean also! "Wonderful Hotel. Staff was so accommodating and the property felt clean and safe! Only thing I will say is the area outside is a little disappointing. We didn’t really feel safe. 1 issue was the busy road to all of the food places and stores doesn’t have a cross walk, very scary when going to cross with small children. "We loved the AirB&B...it was clean great area for cooking beds were comfortable. Nice tv full fridge. Beautiful bathroom..it was protected with an automatic gate for security we loved that. Very close to miami airport and perfect location to everything you need. Owners are great to work with! We will definitely be staying with them in the future!"

Small front house with everything needed, all the basics and The green/orange line on the corner giving you easy access to the airport and downtown. The whole place was clean and kinda cute. Could hear the back house through the walls sometimes but didn't bother me much. Nothing too crazy but perfect for a couple friends enjoying a week in Miami."

"The bed was very firm & comfortable unlike most motel beds. I saw other reviews mentioned hearing people walk around on floor above & noise from the club. I didnt feel bothered by it. It was mostly just loud rhythm i could hear but it wasnt much louder than AC. Check in staff were so very helpful & courteous. The pool area was very nice & relaxing atmosphere as well. They have their own parking lot, no charge for parking. the lot is gated & I also saw & chatted with a security guard"
