Hotel is very basic. No microwave or refrigerator. Room is clean but there were multiple visible wall repairs in room and restroom. Overpriced for what we got.

My reservation was cancelled (by whom? No one seems to know), and the only thing left was a smoking room, so everything smelled badly. The hallways were noisy, the TV had no remote, the mattresses and bedclothes were worn, and the toilet couldn’t handle *liquid* waste well (I dared not try solid waste).

The motel was very old and run down. When we arrived many of the room windows were open and it appeared people were living there. The room had dead roaches and other bugs on the floor. The lights did not work when we entered the room. Apparently one the lamps had the lightbulb unscrewed and the lamp on the switch was not plugged in. The shower facet handle was not attached making it difficult to turn on the water or even adjust the temperature. The whole building smelled like cigarette smoke due to the motel having smoking permitted in certain rooms. Would not recommend staying here. I will say that the two ladies that worked the desk were very nice.

After driving for 9 hours we checked into our room. Suddenly, 4 van loads of what was easy to determine were Mexican nationals checked in to the hotel. They were mulling around the hallways, stairwells, and all talking loudly on their cell phones. Then some of them started cooking food in their rooms. The hotel became loud, stinky, and felt unsafe. When management was confronted on the above she said she couldn’t do anything about it! I was able to get a refund and leave. We had to search for another hotel.

There was no mini fridge or microwave. 1st room the toilet wouldn't flush. 2nd room you had to hold the handle down until it flushed. Ice machine was broken. Not what you pay for!

Do not stay here if you want to sleep or comfort
This hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt. We booked a king bed and were given a double so we went to the desk and requested the king as booked. When we moved to the king room someone had an ash tray spilled on the floor and the toilet didn’t flush. The room was not clean at all. So we went back to the original room which at least seemed cleaner. They had parties all night long. Well really until 2 am right out back of the hotel. Sleep was not easy and the beds were crap with just basically two sheets to cover with.

It was ok didnt have a key to my room the front desk lady had to let us in everytime we left, alot of people hanging in parking lot at night that wasnt staying there which made us feel uncomfortable, people smoking weed everywhere in hotel even elevator thats all you smelled thru the whole hotel, will not stay again.

It was very clean and the staff were super nice. The whole are was quiet and near enough to food, coffee, and stores. It is slightly run down appearing, but a nice place overall when on a budget.

Worst experience ever. Very run down and dirty. There was trash everywhere outside (this should’ve been my first clue to run). Checking in, I noticed a very run down lobby, hole in the door behind the counter, broken countertop, etc. Got in the room to find more uncleanliness and hole in the tub. No way I would shower there. The beds were old and very firm, but clean so we touched it out because we just needed a few hours to sleep. The next morning, I go to my car and find someone passed out, literally knees between their legs hanging out of their car. I go back in and tell the clerk, only to find it was an employee. Proceed to explain issues with our room and still was not offered anything for the nastiness and unusable shower. Never again.

Door fob was broke so the front deck staff had to let us in our room every time we left, yellow stains on pillow cases, black unknow markers on sheets, burn marks on sheets, people smoking in stairwell, washer and dryer in hallway, dishwasher in lobby. Lobby was completely empty.

Horrible Hotel Experience
I was very disappointed with this hotel. It was outdated, old linen, hard beds, very small pillows and dirty. There was a used bar of soap still on the sink and a pile of hair swept up and left behind the bathroom door. See attached pictures.

Was given a king room with a hole in the ceiling, obvious and massive blood stain on the box spring, missing light bulbs..when asked for a reimbursement I was told they could only give me $20 back because I paid with a card. Ridiculous and please stay at the Best Western or literally anywhere else.

Rowdy neighbors
We didn’t have a very good stay. Not at fault of the staff. The air in our room wasn’t working so it was very warm. The hotel was full so they were unable to give us another room, but did give us a fan to use. The people above us were very loud until about 2am. Again none of this is actually the hotels fault. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and parking was easy and free.
