Up to Hilton standards
Great hotel. Super easy to find on service road. Check in was quick and efficient. Breakfast was yummy. Room was comfortable, bed, shower. Only issue is that there aren’t many restaurants nearby. There is Mexican and fast food.

They need to clean the carpet in room it had a mildew dirty smell. Room was spacious but could have been cheaper

Only complaint was our curtains didn’t close all the way we were right above pool so the lights shined in the room all night long but other than that. Stay was great.

I am so sorry about the curtains, there are actually blackout curtains that are closest to the window then there are shears and then the decorative curtain that does not close. Sometimes the blackout curtains get opened too far and they are not easy to see. Please know that if we had been aware we would have corrected it for you. I hope that you will come back and give us the chance to make it an even better stay.

Hotel was nice and the staff there are friendly. I was a bit concerned about the damn smell from the AC unit. But it was a good stay.

Angela was our Receptionist and she was so friendly and happy. She made us so welcome and helped us find a restaurant because it was late. The hotel room was clean and seemed newly decorated. We had a wonderful experience.

The staff was super nice and helpful. Parking was a pain. We got to the property at night and there were no parking spots available. Breakfast options were ok compared to other Hampton inn’s.

Our stay was comforting and we enjoyed!
My son had a baseball tournament this past weekend after a long hot day. We arrived at the hotel around 830 pm and we were greeted with the sweetest welcome from Star. She is absolutely a star and made our stay feel like home. She is a joy and made sure that everyone not just my family had what they needed and more. We travel a lot but we dont run into a lot of people like Star. Thank you Star for allowing me to "grocery shop" (inside joke) for the things we needed. Our overall stay was quiet and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you again Star!

When we arrived our confirmation had not came through but Angela at the front desk told me to go ahead and take my grandchild to the pool and she would let me know when it came through it wasn’t 5 min and we where all set to a great updated room with tv and air and comfy beds

As per usual the Hampton is one of my favorite places to stay, I love the room and the bed is extremely comfortable. May room this time had a very musty smell, even using a aerosol spray never worked well. That was the only downside of this visit.

Rooms smelled like sewer, mold in the shower, hard water stains on the glass, stains on the walls, poor layout of the king suite with no airflow where the bed is. Sticker in the bathroom mentions hygiene standards- absolutely not. Owners/management is not giving housekeepers the proper tools to do their jobs to maintain this standard or they do not train their staff or follow up behind them. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
