Didnt have a blanket on one of the beds. No lamp shade on one of the lamps. They didnt tell us the lobby was being worked on so the Continental breakfast was ridiculous. Bathroom room wall was filthy, I felt like someone had pooped on the door. I wiped off some but I told them but they had to be told twice before someone did something about it.

Nasty room and unfair pet fees.
I went there with my wife to take her son's ashes and drop him at the beach. Because he was hit by a car and killed September 26th this year. And they made it the trip from hell. She had to have her service dogs. And they proceed to charge her $88 plus $25. The bathroom was in horrible shape. The bands were really lumpy and there was roaches in the room. The toilet seat had cuts all over, it was black, the inside of the toilet itself. The bowl was nasty black, it had a ring inside of it, the bathtub had peeling plastic all over it, the door to the bathroom was had bite marks all over it and ripped. There was no shampoo, conditioner or soap in there and when I got home. I swear I think i'd seen a roach come out of my bag. I travel a lot and this is ridiculous. The way I was treated was plumber ridiculous. The room was not worth being in, and there was no reason that my dogs needed $88 plus $25 deposit just for them to be there for 12 hours.

The price to have a pet is to much and the bathroom were really ugly and nasty looking toliet seat was black and cuts and peeling plastic bathtub was the same beds are old and lumpy room was clean though and nice looking for two nights i paid 25$ deposit plus 24$ for each dog each night si i paid over 100$ just to have my dogs more than the room that was outrageous im not a happy customer unreal price will not stay here again because of the pet fee my animals dont deserve that fee

The place was a dump. Exterior corridor floors and stairs looked terrible and filthy. Inside room was smelly, badly stained sheets, broken toilet, bathtub finish was all peeled off, huge gaps in the laminate flooring. Staff smoking outside our room, while blocking the stairs for us to pass. Lots of banging and loud noises outside our room throughout the night. A horrible experience overall. Stay away from this place.

When checking in the service was friendly and professional. When leaving that morning I asked the young lady if there was coffee, when she finally put her phone down, she replied “I haven’t made any if there is any it has been there all night”. Granted I was leaving early (5am). Then walking out the main door someone had vomited all over right in front of the door way. Of course, I stepped in it and that was a great new smell in my truck. Someone could have at least sprayed it off.

The room was clean far as comfort. It was terrible something with the pipes in the wall, continuous noise coming from them, dripping water faucet in bathtub very uncomfortable, sweet everything in the bed was damp from the humidity could not become so comfortable security. No security lock on door.

For a non smoking room, there was a musty old cigarette odor on everything. The sheets were riddled with cigarette burns, the bathroom light didn’t work, the flooring was coming up in multiple places. The employees were very nice, the free breakfast was ok.

Should be condemned. No handicap spaces, nor elevator, but put handicapped person on second floor. Pillars outside are strapped down. Staircase separating at the top. Very unsafe. Flooring in room with significant gaps in walking space. Shower head was held together with a dirty wash cloth. I could go on… but it’s easier to just say the place should be condemned. Definitely was not worth $113. More like $13.

Even though our room was nonsmoking there was two cigarette burns in the blanket and one in the sheet right where my face would have been. Ended up turning the sheet around to sleep. No facial tissue. Sink and shower drained really slow. Visable mold and rusting of anything metal. Check in person was not freindly at all.

Staff is great start off with that. The beds are a mess two beds three pillows one blanket. First thing I had to do was go get towels for four children and four adults and two towels with the two rooms we had a total of 5 pillows. The pillows were so small after a day at the beach and no sleep can't wait to check out this is definitely one of those places you get what you pay for.

The booking through Hotels.com was for 2 rooms, 5 travelers. When we arrived they only had 1 room, and had to find another. The property is older which is ok, it was somewhat clean. The doors to the restrooms where busted with no lever handle, and a towel was pulled through the hole in the door to pull it closed. The door couldn't latch, therefore we had no bathroom privacy whatsoever.

Didn't even take a shower since the tub/shower looked pretty grimy. Very noisy, and the overnight staff was irritable when we stopped in to get the 'continental breakfast.' She remarked that people take everything and she had to put a few more muffins.

Pretty rough.
Wow. No towels upon check-in and no phone to call the desk and ask them why. Called from my cell phone and they brought us two towels for three people. The blankets had holes in them and the bed was horribly uncomfortable. While it is in a great location and has plenty of parking space, they need to seriously renovate this place for the prices they are charging. Not only the condition, but on the second night, they put a family of five upstairs with kids running and screaming. If they were awake, there was no way you weren't going to be. No maid service on day two so no new or additional towels. The room was a smoking room but wow, it was breathtakingly stale and there was tobacco running down the walls in the tiny bathroom. No ventilation but to open the door. Great place for construction workers to stay I feel sure, but not the most pleasant place to take your family. Extremely too expensive for the condition of the hotel.

Motel is fairly clean. 2 girls in the room next to ours fought and screamed all the time. one would go out to their vehicle and play the radio wide open. people from other rooms were stepping out of their rooms and asking them to be quiet. managment did nothing to stop it. housekeeping didnt service the room daily, had to reuse towels. went to front desk to get additional towels and bath clothes. hair dryer in room didnt work, said they didnt have anymore and was nothing they could do. wife went and bought a new one. stayed as this same place last year, had great service. employees can make a big difference in deciding whether to stay their again. current staff doesn't care

Discusting hotel
This hotel is by far the worst hotel i stepped foot on. The condition and cleanliness were so bad, my wife and I made new reservation with another hotel and immediately walked out of the hotel. The toilet seat was broken. Mold on the shower curtain. The floor was dirty. The bed linen had burn holes and stains. It was discusting. Of course, they would not give a refund.

No doorknob on bathroom door. Bathroom door was busted into. Room for 4 and get 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. Towels, washcloth, and floor mat were dirty. There was mold on the shower curtain. Beds were old and cheap. Outside was nasty. I will be contacting the Health Dept. in Morehead City!!! This place needs to be shut down if they are going to keep being bad. Don't go here!
