Really well appointed rooms and exceptional standard. The facilities are good and the breakfast more than adequate. Ideally located quite near to the airport - a bit further away than we expected but still convenient. Having a vehicle the access to the city was good. The availability of kitchen facilities was appreciated as having meals out all the time can become tiresome and expensive.

"Excellent hotel - perfect for my conference visit"
I attended an engineering conference at the Palais de Congres in November 2014 and booked this hotel because it had a good gym and was very close to the conference venue. I found the hotel exceeded my expectations in all aspects. The room was really big, tastefully decorated, perfectly temperature controlled - a pleasure to be in. I spent a good amount of my trip working and the desk and free wi-fi facilitated this perfectly. The hotel gym is on the top floor and has lovely views over the city - particularly with all the snow! There's a good amount of cardio kit although a concept 2 rower would be a nice addition. There are a few resistance machines and a reasonable set of free-weights - better than most hotel gyms. It was a pleasure to use the gym facilities (which I did every day). The pool looked really nice although I didn't use that myself. Because it was winter and I was on my own I ate in the hotel restaurant every day. The staff there were really nice and the food was good. There's a small coffee-shop type outlet in the foyer that was good for snacks and drinks during the day and the foyer shop had most things you'd want of the toothpaste and cookies type. Also worth noting that the hotel has a washing machine and a dryer for guests' use. Perfect for people who stay a few days and want to wash their gym kit! The airport bus stops almost right outside the hotel. The Les Jardines shopping complex is really close and the main shopping centre is pretty close.

came to see Canadiens play with my friend (lifetime dream of hers) and see Old Montreal. This hotel was a great location for sightseeing for sure, in the middle of everything. We were not in the hotel much, but the continental breakfast was awesome, keep our bellies full till lunchtime. very clean, pleasant staff that had no trouble speaking English to us. very helpful front desk staff that provided good information of where to find things, such as the Metro.

"Close to Bell Centre for Canadiens v Bruins game"
Stayed there for my fiance's 40th birthday from Boston. Room was very clean and comfortable, and the concierge was very helpful. A little disappointed that there was no hot tub at the pool, but really nice gym!

The hotel is located in an area that is surrounded by construction which changes almost daily. Getting there is a problem and leaving is almost as much a problem. The staff gave us maps and recommendations the best way to go and were very helpful. Highly recommend staying there.

I was travelling with my wife and three kids, using the website I was only able to book one room with two queen beds and one sofa bed. The receptionist was so nice that she offered me two rooms with one king bed and one sofa bed in each room and in same price. This gave us plenty of space and we really enjoyed our trip.
very nice and friendly people, no complains at all.
