Staff are fantastic! So friendly and very accommodating. I had arrived to the hotel very early and the staff had found me a room, as opposed to storing my bags. The entire staff are very nice and I will certainly be returning to this hotel when I'm in Montreal.

We had such a relaxing stay, the bed was extremely comfortable & the room was stunning! The only thing we noticed was there being a night club down the street that we could hear clearly We will be back again!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much. The room was beautiful and the bed/pillows were very comfortable, so I slept well. I have to mention the shower - the water pressure was excellent and that's so appreciated! The free breakfast was delicious and the service was prompt. I am taking off one start for service though. I put the green light on outside the door so that the room would be cleaned, but it was never cleaned. We had to ask the front desk for fresh towels on our way out to dinner and when we returned we were given the towels to bring to the room. The front desk, valet (no valet when we arrived), and cleaning service could definitely stand to be more attentive. Other than that though, we truly had a wonderful stay.
