Could not get parking on site, had to walk 1/2 km to park. Very small room, no microwave, closet sized bathroom. Free breakfast was disgusting, no meat, old boiled eggs and limited selection and coffee was so weak could not drink it. Would never stay here again or recommend it

Lots of nearby sights to see and places to eat. There's a bus that goes from the airport to less than a block away from this hotel without needing to transfer.

While the area does have its graffiti and occasional bum lurking around, I never felt unsafe and the hotel was professionally run and I never heard noise from door closings or noisy guests, so the noise insulation is good. Conveniently located, 10 mins walk to Old City and the Port. 5 mins walk to nearest metro station. ATM inside lobby. Easy access to poutine. Borders Chinatown.

I liked how the people that worked there, where very helpful, and respectful as well, I also enjoyed the shower, and gladly the fridge was brought to us, though it would have been nice to have it from the start ! Only issue that any of us had was the breakfast, it wasnt much, I guess im used to more , as in bacon, scrabbled eggs , pancakes, and waffles as choices, bagels as well as toast ! Other then that it was a great stay , thank you

Very tiny and empty room, really just a place to sleep. The parking is also not included and the parkade is pretty small. I wouldn’t want to drive a truck down there.

This is a good budget choice. The room was very small and spartan, but also clean. Staff were nice. Breakfast was far better than I expected. For the location, it was good value. Just don’t go in expecting luxury and you’ll enjoy the experience.

The place is situated near the places we wanted to see especially the Basilica De Notre Damme. The nearest mall with grocery is about 5 minute walk and convenient if you prefer to shop and have a quick meal. The complimentary breakfast is acceptable, croissant, cereal, juice, yogurt, light fruits and boiled egg. This is where it needs some improvement, however, it is ok if you are not too picky, besides, the mall is just at the corner. There is no guest parking and was suggested that I park at the nearest mall. I was only charged ca$ 15.00 for overnight parking. At the back of this hotel is I believe China Town where there are a lot of Asian Restaurants and their prices are competitive. Will I go back to this place ? Yes I will, for as long as I get my refund of ca$169.00 which was withheld when I checked in.

Terrible. The staff was not friendly. The room was SO small. There were only 3 pillows. The comforter was terrible and the “free breakfast” had terrible selection. Only cereal yogurt boiled eggs and some fruit for food that was it. No sausage no bacon NOTHING. Incredibly disappointed

Very small room . Not even clean . I had to park 2 blocks away. When i booked the hotel room parking was included and they charge 131$ for the night but whn i checked in they charge me 181$ at front desk .

Entering the property the representatives were fast and open and easy to understand and professional and then the instructions about the orientation of the hotel was well defined or described and the rooms were fine the was a little bit of hair on the bedding and in the washroom in the shower but otherwise it was a pretty good stay

The Hotel is on a very busy corner, huge number of amenities available. Parking or even stopping in front is a pretty big pain. One listing I saw about the place was that it had its own parking, and that turned out to be false. I parked in the Indigo underground lot maybe a block away. It's not super convenient if you have things to carry but was workable and $25 for overnight. (they did not post the prices outside or in the garage.) The hotel itself seems quite clean and well cared for, although the room is quite basic and very, very small. I didn't really have any issues in there outside of road noise being prominent. Gym is teeny tiny. At the included breakfast no one was at the check in podium and as there was also no signage,I walked in. Someone approached me a bit rudely saying I needed to see them first. I was not impressed with his approach, as it was really their fault. That person had clearly had not been doing their job by being at the front as needed. They also did not give me immediate and clear instructions about what to do. Outside of that, it's pretty good for being fairly inexpensive and well located. They could do better giving parking information, walking distance, signage, and the staff at the breakfast needs better customer service training. If you don't expect 4/5 star service and features it's fine.

The place was no doubt clean. Rooms were really very small ! This could have been better as it was displayed different in the pictures. I specifically asked for a room that comes with a good view , my request wasn’t honored! Staff was okay, not too welcoming front desk and not at all welcoming cleaning staff. Breakfast could have been better. They literally had limited options- bread, spreads, croissants, milk, juice, yogurts, fruits, cereal, boiled eggs. You could have kept at least some protein or anything??? I won’t give high on breakfast! It was all ready to go with no efforts been made. Water coolers? You can install one atleast!

Checked in late night and the front desk staff told me the parking is full and dont have parking and responding vaguely park in road front street.when asked i booked this hotel particularly because parking is available and the front desk staff saying "yes parking is available but full' rude and irresponsible behaviour.I am not sure what they expect coming to big city without a car?

Great location, welcoming staff, room is very small, and bed was double not queen and mattress so soft could barely move not to roll off of it ! Area around is Chinatown and very dirty. Garage parking is limited to 30 cars max and cost for 1 night 40$ including tax. Continental Breakfast was very nice buffet. Would I return ? unlikely for the room price
